Last year I got my son a weather station from AcuRite. Today, that is still one of his most favorite gifts and he uses it almost every day. It has great visuals for showing what the weather is and will be, and it's a great way for him to be involved in 'adult conversations' because as he has told me many times, 'adults always talk about the weather!'
