North Pole Kids Club: My Kid is a Junior Elf! with #Giveway

A large part of all the fun Christmas entails comes with the build-up that goes along with it. What better way to get your kids excited this year, than to make them junior elves?! We did it! My son just recieved his Official Elf Kit in the mail from the North Pole Kids Club, and let me tell you, this kit is fun! Keep reading because one lucky reader is going to get one to call their very own (well, they'll get one so their child can call it his or her very own).

Let's talk about what's in the box! First of all there is a Special Delivery Certificate that you can personalize. Second of all, there is an official North Pole Kid's Club elf hat! You can get green for boys or pink for girls. It' s a nice sturdy hat too, that's going to last for more than just this year...that means all of this has the potential to become a Christmas tradition! Woohoo! We love holiday traditions in our family, and every so often... like now, we'll create one of our own. :)

My son found out the 'truth' about you-know-who last year, *sniff* *sniff* but he's still excited and happy to play along. I love that he is because I know my 'sweet baby young boy' days with him are numbered   (I'm not worried because I know they'll just turn into 'sweet big boy' days years, but you know...this time when they are so young is just precious).

And speaking of certificates, there is also an Official Elf Certificate included in the kit. No club is complete without an official document, and this one right here gets you sign, sealed and delivered as an official junior elf and helper of the big S.C. (that would be Santa Clause, if you don't have your Christmas thinking on quite yet). :)

There are two books included too.

One is an awesome story book: The Official Handbook, which is 64-pages long and chock full of colorful pictures all dolled up with the holiday spirit.

The other is an activity book with lots of fun things for the kids to do inside. I like the Cotton Ball Santa you see above. What a fun way to spend some time with the kids, while they're working hard to make Christmas progress. ;)

I'm happy to say my son is a voracious reader, and he started reading the handbook almost immediately. Hat first.. then reading...because you know, the hat is just too hard to resist putting on absolutely in an instant.

A business card comes along with your Official Elf Kit, so your child can display it in the house...maybe by the holiday decorations in the living room, or in his/her room, or maybe even in their purse or wallet, if they have one. A business card, just like mom or dad... cool. :)

And you get this awesome key! It's not just any key either, this is Santa's Magic Key!! We're going to use ours as a Christmas ornament on the tree, it's just that heavy and pretty, but you can definitely do a lot of things with this key. Talk about a great way to spark imagination (yours and your child's!).

I love every single thing about this well-produced and thoughful kit. My favorite thing about it though, is the excitement it invokes. Three cheers to North Pole Kids Club for coming up with a new way to add fun to my favorite time of the year.
