Ending October on a Safe and Healthy Note with Chicco Pacifiers

Disclosure: This is a sponsored post. All opinions stated are genuine and my own.

Since October is National Children's Health Month, let's end it the same way we started, which is by talking about little things you can do to make a big difference in safety. For the littlest ones in your family, there is a very easy way to ensure they can breathe, while making sure that they still have the comfort of a pacifier as well (critical for my granddaughter who finds comfort in hers when she is dozing off).  Chicco, a well-known and very trusted brand for infant and children's products, has created the PhysioForma pacifier that actively supports baby's breathing! "The double ventilation holes allow for air circulation that prevents the gathering of saliva while supporting physiological breathing. The extra-soft, satin-textured silicone nipple gives the baby more comfort while preventing slip."

The nipple design helps position baby's tongue forward so that they can maintain an open airway. These are also super light, and they have cute designs for boys and girls. The extra features in addition to safety that I haven't seen on a pacifier until now, are the reusable, sterilizable case and the fact that it glows in the dark!! No more having to turn on baby's light and wake him or her up when they are simply looking for a fast binky fix. That little perk is a game changer!

Quite honestly, a pacifier seems like a simple purchase, but in reality, they are not all created equal. If you are going to buy one anyway, you might as well get the very best one you can, that still costs the same amount as any other.

A lot of hard work goes into all that Chicco does, to help keep baby safe. Why not use their expertise to your benefit, and get the best quality of pacifier available for your little one. This is the one I have gotten for my grandbabe. I'll see her this weekend, and I know her mama's going to be very happy with it, as well as with that glow-in-the-dark feature; perfect tonight since she'll be out trick-or-treating with us after the sun goes down. My daughter sent me a teaser on my phone for how the little one's going to look (the quality of the photo isn't so great, but the baby sure is!). I can't wait to see her in person. Have a happy and safe Halloween!

  19. I don't know if we have Chicco pacifiers here, I'll have to check. It's been 14 years since I've really paid attention to them. Now, I have another nephew on the way (Spring of 2020!) I'll trek to the baby aisle to see when I start buying gifts for the little one :)

  20. They say that pacifiers help prevent SIDS. I used to give them to my kids, then when they started throwing them out of their cribs at night - that's when I took them away. A good time to wean, for them.
