1 . Connect with nature

4. Get more nutrients

To take better care of your health, be sure to get plenty of nutrients in your diet. Eat plenty of nutrient-dense foods including kale, spinach, green beans, salmon, blueberries, and garlic.   9. I need to go back and take CPR again. I've taken the course several times over the years, but it's been a really long stretch since the last time. It never hurts to brush up on something that could save a life!
