1 . Connect with nature

3. Level up your fitness

Goal setting can support you to track your progress and make improvements. For general ideas to improve your fitness regime, try these:

  • Check out fitness apps, (there are plenty of tools you can use from home).

  • Consider joining a sports team or running club.

  • Try a new fitness class, whether it’s Pilates or salsa dance.

  • Train for a special event (for example a 5k run or a marathon).

4. Get more nutrients

To take better care of your health, be sure to get plenty of nutrients in your diet. Eat plenty of nutrient-dense foods including kale, spinach, green beans, salmon, blueberries, and garlic.
