(Almost) Wordless Wednesday: Watching you Like a Hawk

I got a text from someone telling me this bird was in their driveway!!

This is the real photo, I just put it on a purple background.

That's crazy cool to get to see it so up close and personal.

Unfortunately, that also meant something was wrong with it.

They called the proper authorities about it, but someone with a leaf blower blew at it and it hobbled 

away. No one found it after that... I hate when people are mean to animals.

  10. Hawks are amazing birds. They really can become friendly, when they feel that people treat them with respect. They feel kind, caring souls.

  41. What a jerk. It must have been scared getting blown at with a leaf blower, especially if it were hurt! I think they are amazing birds, but I do worry about one of them scooping up my wiener dog while he's out going potty.
