Stay Out of the Sun

If there's one thing that can age you faster than you really want, it's the sun. Deal with Graying and Thinning Hair

Your hair will naturally change through the years. It can start to get thinner as you get older, or sometimes thicker, and you might start to see gray or white hairs too. Of course, the question is how you should handle this. Many women will find a new hairstyle to match their new hair thickness and texture that suits them. Some choose to dye their hair, but it's certainly not essential. In fact, gray or white hair is pretty trendy with some younger people, so why not get it for free? You can wear gray hair with confidence if you choose to.

  1. Your post is so accurate! I have seen many people age but not as graceful as you would expect them to. I will be following your tips and suggestions

  2. This is all spot on. I've never smoked and it's made a big difference to the appearance of my skin. I also wear a high factor when going outside, the sun causes a lot of damage.

  3. My wife is always after me to lotion my face, but at least avoiding the sun is something I've had o problem doing since I fry to a crisp in minutes.

  4. I definitely need to better take care of my skin and health in general. I agree with you, you can't prevent aging but you can make it more graceful.

  5. Excellent post. I'm 70 and the changes are tough to keep up with.

Have a fabulous day and week, my friend. ♥

  6. Eating well, daily movement, and a good skin care routine makes all the difference. Love your thoughts on style too...I think when you dress the part, it always adds a little boost of confidence which we all need at any age!

  7. Yup, I agree with that. Always stay indoors and whenever you go out, just apply sunblock to avoid too much sun exposure. That really leads us to skin dryness.

  8. I started using anti aging creams in my early 20's and think that has helped a lot. I am getting a few sun spots here and there, but so far concealer has done a good job at hiding them.

  9. I've been using argan oil on my forehead. It gets so dry. The rest of my face is just great.
