ReplyDeleteJason's company hasn't done employee gifts or bonuses in years. When they were a small (well, smaller) company, we'd get a nice dinner at Ruth's Chris, a token gift and a bonus. The last 5 years, none of that is given to the employees, but they get a catered lunch one day the week of Christmas. Bah Humbug.
