Every year the Swiss Colony book comes in the mail during the holiday season, and every year I ooh and ahh over the pretty pictures and tasty treats inside, but I never order. Quite honestly, I didn't want to order without knowing the quality of taste, and there's no way to find out the quality of taste, unless you order. Surely you see the vicious circle. ;)
Fortunately for me, my family and I recently got to try their Petits Four cakes, and I'm here to tell you, they are so mmm, mmm, good!! I'm not going to lie, taste testing these delicious baked treats was not hard at all. Each of had a favorite flavor, mine was definitely the strawberry, but they're all tasty good.
Inside each box you will find Chocolate Fudge, Vanilla, Strawberry, Lemon, Orange, and Almond flavored Petits Fours (36 total). The cakes in the one I selected, spell out "Merry Christmas," which I think makes them perfect for a holiday gift idea!! Adding to the gift factor, they come packaged in a very attractive gold box that is sealed in cellophane (ensuring they don't fall out or shift during shipping). You can order these in a single box, or you can buy the two-pack (wrapped separately so you would have two gifts to give, or one to keep and one to give away!). The two pack is sold at a discounted price (I love that perk!).
The Swiss Colony offers a huge variety of delicious baked goodies, but they also have most any other edible item you can think of as well (my husband has his eye on a meat and cheese gift pack for his dad!), and a decent selection of non-edible items that would be perfect for gift giving as well.
You can learn more about The Swiss Colony by visiting their website. You can also follow them on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and/or Pinterest.
One lucky winner gets a 2-pk. of Merry Christmas box of Petits Fours to call their own! US entrants only.

The top left corner has a sliced petit four so you can see the inside. That one was strawberry, which was def. my fave of the lot, but they were all delicious! |

I just love everything Swiss Colony. I didn't realize the company was actually started by a college student in his basement in 1926. By the way, one of my nephews graduated from the same university Ray Kubly went to. The same nephew introduced me to Kringles when his step son was selling them to raise funds for his school, and I just love them! I'd go for the raspberry flavor.
