You know you really like something if you are still talking about it 6 years later, and that is the case with these workbooks. Here is my post from 6 years ago, and it is still relevant today (although my son is a bit bigger), and the new workbook is at the end (of the post). I highly recommend these for the littles this year. They are fun, keep them engaged and busy (while you wrap?) and are fun to do together too.

The story of Christmas is on the inside of the activity book |
Colorful pictures that appeal to the children. |
The Christmas Story activity book has stickers! |
Easy open spaces to color. |
My son had his Kindle Fire with him (we leave it in the car for him to take to restaurants sometimes) and he didn't touch it once. This was more fun for him.
We brought ours to the restaurant and worked on it while we were waiting for our dinner to arrive. |
The new workbook we didn't have before, but that is similar and thus amazing is The Story of Noah Activity Workbook. Of course, I recommend this one fully too. What better way to reinforce the Biblical themes of the holiday season than using these sweet books?
Ideals Books has a most excellent, very affordable list of new (holiday) releases that include such family favorites as Frosty the Snowman and Veggie Tales. You can find them on Amazon.
It's good to see a book that actually deals with the history of Christmas. It seems so many want to wipe Christ completely out of the U.S., to include Christmas. I love this.
ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous day. ☺
Thanks, Sandee!! You have a fabulous day too. :)
DeleteI love the Ideals Christmas book. When I saw it on the page, it brought tears to my eyes. My grandmother used to get them and we would read them together. (I'm now 58) Thanks for this giveaway. My granddaughter would love this book.
ReplyDeleteAww, Jane, that's sweet! I love Christmas memories like that one! I get like that when I'm decorating the tree with my kids...I always think of my gram, which is who I decorated with when I was a girl. :)
DeleteChristmas is bursting it's seams in my house. It's all Christmas stuff all the time. This would be an awesome addition.
ReplyDeleteI re-arranged the room that we put the tree up in to get ready. Hubby likes to wait until the day after Thanksgiving, but I'm getting things ready so it'll be easy when that day comes. :)
