It's like our recycle truck. He won't get out of the truck to put the boxes that won't fit into the bins into the truck. He'll just leave them there, only grabbing the bins with the arm extender. My neighbor had enough of it last summer and stood in front of the truck screaming at the driver for not grabbing the tv box he set next to the recycle bin. Dangerous move on his part. If the driver was crazy he could have easily ran him over.
Bwahahahahahahaha. Bless their heart.
