My daughter is earnestly looking for products that she wants to have to welcome her little bundle of joy that will arrive in March. She is being selective, and very thorough with her research. After going through descriptions, reviews and personal preference she noted there was no other baby carrier she wanted than Tula. "Baby Tula" she calls it, with a sing-song voice that indicates her endearment. She makes me laugh, but I am impressed she's going all out to ensure she's not just collecting items, but is truly creating an inventory for baby that she will appreciate, use and enjoy.

If you are in the market for a baby carrier too, I encourage you to head on over to the Tula website and see the care and consideration that went into making this particular model you see in the photo above: the Tula Explore. According to the 'Behind the Scenes' article, it took 15 months from start to finish, to create the carrier, which made its debut in August, 2018.

The carrier was designed to be versatile and embodies every hope and expectation a parent might want, were they to design it themselves. It is meant for babies who are 7-45 lbs. and can be worn with the baby facing forward, on the front, facing towards the carrier on the front, or facing forward while riding on the back. Why do we love this carrier? Here are some of the specs that make it easy to see why this is the carrier my daughter chose above all others:

1. Every carry position your baby will need, including facing out Multiple positions to carry baby including front facing out, facing in, and back carry. Each position provides a natural, ergonomic position best for comfortable carrying that promotes healthy hip and spine development for baby.
2. Innovative body panel with an easy-to-adjust design Adjusts in three width settings to find a perfect fit as baby grows from newborn to early toddlerhood. Can be used from 7 - 45 pounds, no infant insert required.
3. Padded, adjustable neck support pillow Can be used in multiple positions to provide head and neck support for newborns and sleeping babies.
4. Breathable & lightweight cotton Responsibly designed and made with care from soft and breathable 100% cotton that's easy to clean and machine washable.
5. Padding where needed for extra comfort  Padded shoulder straps provide optimal neck & shoulder comfort and offers quick adjustments for multiple wearers. Wide padded waistband helps evenly distribute weight. Padded leg openings to keep baby comfortable.
6. Waistband pocket and removable hood Large pocket on the waistband to store necessities. Coordinating removable hood with snaps to support baby's head while sleeping, sun protection while out and about, and extra privacy while feeding baby.
This is just one of many great items that Tula sells for babies. It's also only one type of carrier (they have so many great options!). It just happens to be the one my daughter wants, and guess what she'll be getting at her baby shower from me? 😊

Learn more about the great items for sale at Tula by visiting their website.  I've got my eye on the Lagoon Tula Cuddle Me blanket. That print is gorgeous! They really do have so many wonderful and unique items.
