The set you see above was gifted to my granddaughter for the holiday season. It was part of a package to help celebrate Crayola's new limited edition kits that were out for that time of the year, and both ideas were absolutely fabulous and delivered right to your door, which is something that has become very much appreciated right now.
This wasn't just a crafting kit...it was an experience!
So what were the kits and why do we care now? The descriptions of the kits are below and we care (or at least I do) because you can still order supplies from Crayola Home Experience Kits to be sent right to your door! Wouldn't such a package be a welcome break from home schooling? Something to add fun to Spring Break if you're not traveling? Or even just a great way to spend some time with the kids, or for them to spend time making things for the house, their room, themselves, you? Children receive great joy when they're able to create and even more when they're able to gift what they made (just about every parent has displayed something a kiddo has made them, and most every kiddos has shined with pride when it was done).
These kits allow you to do that...and even more. For our kit, we got to "embark on an immersive, wintery holiday adventure blending a unique, digital experience with hands-on creativity! Guided by Crayola crayons, kids will journey around the world from the comfort of their own home. As they go, they’ll learn about different holiday traditions and craft keepsakes to celebrate them—all with a colorful Crayola twist.
This one-of-a-kind, creative voyage will engage children with its interactive video content featuring nine activities, including an exclusive snowman painting step-by-step tutorial with a Crayola illustrator. The self-paced adventure comes will all the supplies you need for more than three hours of colorful fun!
In a brand-new activity, unlike any other, Crayola Experience at Home brings the magic of color (physically and virtually!) to your own home and is available to ship anywhere in the U.S."
If you like what you see and would like to order something for your child/ren too, getting started is oh so simple, and as with all things Crayola, it is also very affordable. . Order a Crayola Experience and they will ship all the Crayola goodies to you with a link for the online portion of the experience… and you and your children can begin to explore together the land of wonderful.
