So, my son was very excited when this box showed up on our doorstep because it's a package he has been looking forward to seeing. Some of you know he is in basketball, and that this season he was placed with students far taller and with more weight and strength than him. The last game of the season (the seasons run year-round) was today. So, there were some pros and cons to this particular season, but one pro is it sparked a fire in my son to become stronger and more fit (he's not unfit, but it's always a pro when your child is aware of making good choices for their body). The exercise programs are available on the website for a very reasonable price, and they allow you to utilize the items in the kit. It's a great way to get your kids moving and teach them new skills while encouraging them to stay fit.
