Happy Salmon Game is an Excellent Stocking Stuffer!

Disclosure: This is a sponsored post. All opinions stated are genuine and my own.

Happy Salmon really isn't like any game I have seen before. First of all, it's super easy to learn (takes about a minute to read and understand the directions). Second, there are no winners or losers, just the objective of everyone having a good time. Third, the game is self-contained in a cute Salmon pouch that zips (you're not going to lose the cards or directions), and it's small, meaning it's easily portable. That makes it easy to carry with you, anywhere you'd like to take it or store it. The best thing? Kids (and adults) have such a fun time playing it!

This short video shows just how fun this game can be for all ages. I love the faces on the little ones in this clip. They are truly having a ball.

The contents of the game are simple, with just a deck of 'cards' and the instructions. It's really as simple as that, and I think it's perfect for tucking into a Christmas Stocking. Who's going to expect to find a fish in their stocking?! :)  It's bound to be a holiday surprise, of the very best kind.

Happy Salmon is a simple, fast-paced card game that gets everyone moving and laughing in under two minutes. Everyone simultaneously calls out the action shown on their top card - "High 5", "Pound It", "Switcheroo", or "Happy Salmon". When two players have a match, they celebrate by performing that action together. Then both players discard their top card and call out the action on their next card. The first player to discard all their cards wins!

Happy Salmon has won several Family Game of the Year awards.
The game includes 72 cards, rules, and the Happy Salmon fish pouch.

Happy Salmon is available online, and in retail stores including Target.

I keep picturing how excited the younger kids in my family would be to play this. I'm going to Target this weekend and I'm going to be picking up a game for our next big family gathering.
