Spoil Dad with Community Coffee Cold Brew Recipes!

It's the weekend...the weather is perfect, and I'm ready to sit back and relax with an ice cold Community Coffee Cold Brew! Have you seen these in stores yet? They're so easy to make, and super delicious too.

Directions: Open one Cold Brew Pouch. Drop both filter bags into a 2-quart (or larger) pitcher. Add 4 cups of cold, filtered water. Gently push down on filter bags to steep into water.
Steep coffee in the fridge for 24 hours. For best results, use spoon to gently remove filter bags.

Made with 100% select Arabica beans that are roasted to perfection, these Cold Brew coffee drinks are a hit every single time. I like mine with cream or milk and sugar, and I'm not adverse to a little vanilla and a dollop of whipped cream either. ;)

I also like to try different cold brew recipes like this CoffeePour Frosting. It's fun to see what kind of concoctions you can make, and adding a coffee/chocolate-flavored frosting to brownies seems ridiculously important once you've seen the recipe/outcome on the Community Coffee blog.

If you poke around on their social media sites, you'll find great ways to use the Community Coffee Cold Brew Coffee too, like this milkshake shown above. I'm thinking this would not only be perfect to make because it's the weekend (woohoo!), but it would be awesome to make for dad too, since Sunday is his big day! Simply blend 2 scoops of your favorite ice cream, 1 cup of Community Coffee Cold Brew, and 1/2 teaspoon of chocolate syrup and enjoy. It's just that easy (and just that good!).

It's the simple pleasures in life that we truly love the most! Don't you think dad really would love one of these recipes to help celebrate Father's Day? I'm guessing he might! Happy Father's Day to all of the dads out there!

Different comment system now? Spammers galore?

Sure looks like a mix and match that could hit the spot for any Dad, or anyone, indeed.

Chocolate and coffee - a perfect combination! I've never tried cold brew coffee. I usually take my brewed coffee and pour it over ice.

I only drink cold brew coffee, usually whipped into a frappe kind of drink. Community Coffee has some great blends!

I was getting e-mails from long-time visitors saying they could no longer post. One of them told me if I switched the way comments are allowed that it would fix it (she has the same thing happen) so I'm giving it a whirl. And yes also, to too much spam lately...it used to filter so nicely but now it does not. Phffft. Makes things way more time-consuming. ;)

My work makes coffee for different events. They always make way too much. I pour it into containers, take it home, pour it into ice cube trays, and make a smoothie out of it. It tastes good with almond milk, frozen bananas, and chocolate stevia.
