It's that time of year where we are starting to look ahead to the new year, and one of the ways we do that is to get a new wall calendar. I have several here from Quarto Knows that I have given to family and friends for Christmas gifts, and one I have kept for my own.
With more designs than I can count, there is a calendar for any and everyone. This "Let It Glow Lantern Fest" calendar is different than any I've seen before. The photographer has captured these pictures wonderfully well, and I think this one is a true visual delight.
Historically, Chinese Lanterns were used to symbolize good fortune, to request favorable weather, and to celebrate the lives of loved ones. Today, this ancient tradition has been transformed into a beautiful family-friendly festival, which takes place across the US in locations including Denver, Colorado; Phoenix, Arizona; Salt Lake City, Utah; Omaha, Nebraska; Kalamazoo, Michigan; Albuquerque, New Mexico; Reno, Nevada; and the Pocono Mountains in the Northeast. The Let it Glow calendar is a beautiful 16 month wall calendar showcasing these dazzling displays. Additionally, each month features a beautiful and inspirational quote about light and how it can guide us in our own lives. With images from lantern festivals all across the United States, this calendar captures the tranquil beauty and good fortune of Chinese lanterns.

The Starry Nights calendar is another one that is awesome because it showcases photos at night. I like to see these kinds of pictures because my camera will not capture photos at night, period, so I appreciate seeing the work of photographers who can get these gorgeous p.m. shots.
This calendar, like the others is generously sized at 12" x 12." I've shown the back of the calendar first, so you could see the great choices made for each of the months inside. The photo they chose for the front of Starry Nights though, just happens to be my favorite. That photo is so serene and definitely makes me wish I was having a quiet vacation moment with the fam.
The Neon Dreams calendar is fun because it allows you to color in each picture with the enclosed neon markers.
My mom likes to color, so I thought this would be a fun one for her to bring in the new year. I love that coloring has made a new comeback with the adults; what a great way to relive a small part of our youth. :)
Neon Dreams 2018 is a beautiful and unique coloring experience unlike any you've seen before. Each full-page illustration is printed on a black background creating eye-popping, dramatic images. This 16-month calendar even comes with 8 neon markers to bring each image to life. Neon Dreams 2018 is the perfect way to de-stress and relax while bringing colorful, unique images to life.
