Easter Ham-wich Bunny and Egg Cut-Outs

Bunny and Easter Egg cut-outs make perfect little sandwiches, and are a most egg-cellent way to use your Easter leftovers. If you've already tried Heluva Good dip, you know it's got a flavor that just can't be beat. If you haven't, you're in for a real treat! I'm using it this year to make our little sammies and I know the kids will get a big kick out of them because of the shapes. The adults will get a big kick out of them because of the taste. They're a cinch to make, and I bet if you have guests coming right after the holiday (especially if kids are involved, but even if they're not) that they will love them too. :)

Ingredients
2 Slices of thin sliced bread
1 slice of ham or turkey (presumably leftover from your holiday dinner, but it's ok to use fresh) ;)
1 slice of your favorite cheese (Heluva Good makes for a grand brand choice. Did you know they made cheese?? #yum)
1 piece of Romaine lettuce (or baked Kale for a great crunch)
1 slice of roma tomato
1/2 tsp Heluva Good! dip

Directions
1.       Place a slice of ham and a slice of Heluva Good! cheese between the slices of bread.
2.       Cut through all the layers with a bunny or egg shaped cookie cutter.
3.       Discard the edges.
4.       Remove the top piece of bread, add a piece of lettuce (or Kale) and a slice of roma tomato.
5.       Top with a 1/2 tsp of Heluva Good! dip, place the top of the bread back on the sandwich and
       serve.

Easy Peasy and bound to be a hit!

  29. That is super fun!

I made a veggie tray, and green matcha sugar cookies, and Travis made chicken and rice. We all kind of bring a few things for everyone to eat on. It's at my Aunt's house. Lots of people.
