Infographic: Power Rangers Through the Years

Infographic Created by PureCostumes.com

My kids were always the kings and queen of dressing up when they were younger. If they didn't have the look they were going for, they would create it out of whatever items they could find around the house. Typical, awesome kids, right? So when I heard that the Power Rangers had a new movie coming out on March 24th, I immediately thought of the good old days when my littles would have been all into dressing in character!

Where else to get an awesome costume for any occasion, including a Power Rangers dress-up day than Pure Costumes? They've been our go-to for years, and with good reason. If you want a quality costume that lasts, I suggest heading to their site first. This post isn't sponsored, it's just my own opinion.

I'm looking forward to this movie, it's a good way to introduce my youngest son to characters his older siblings loved when they were his age. He is 9-years-old now, which IS pretty grown up (just ask him, he'll tell you), so he doesn't dress up as much as he used to do, but I'm guessing after we see this movie, he wouldn't at all mind revisiting his 'dressing in character' days. I'm not sure who his favorite Power Ranger will be yet, but blue is his favorite color, so I suspect I might have a good guess. If so, I'll keep you posted. ;) Big thanks to Pure Costumes for the infographic.

  9. for some reason i was never a power ranger person, even when i was young. maybe it was because i was never into comic books. the outfits have really changed and become more technical.

  15. Woah, they certainly have changed over the years. My little brother was all about the Power Rangers when they first hit the scene. I still remember him dressing as the Red Power Ranger for Halloween one year.

  18. I still can't believe that this show is still on - and with new episodes, no less! Seems crazy. My daughter watched one from the original first season just a couple of weeks ago and it made me think of how long it's been on. REALLY long!

I never watched it much, only if nothing else was on, but they've been going for quite a long time!
