Have you yet heard of the Mouthguard Challenge game?
I can't get the funnier clips to load because they're too big, and that's a shame because they're hard to watch without really losing it. The video above is when we just opened the box and were 'practicing' using the mouth guards.
This game was created by Alex Mandel (Howie Mandel's son). Looks like the comedic gene doesn't fall too far from the tree. :) Inside the box you will find 51 challenge cards, revenge cards, and 5 cheek retractors/mouthguards. Mouthguards are unbreakable and can be washed in the dishwasher.
This is all family-friendly content, and the game is made for 2-5 players (if you purchased extra mouthpieces you could have as many people playing as you wanted). The cards have simple tasks like, 'recite the alphabet' or 'eat a spoonful of peanut butter.' Seemingly simple tasks are no longer easy at all though, when you have a mouthguard in. :)
One tip before playing would be to go through the cards and gather items you might need and have them close by when it comes time to play. That will allow the game to flow smoothly without regular interruptions.
If your family is comprised of a bunch of goofballs like mine is ( I say that very proudly, lol!) this is a fun game to break out when they are visiting. This would also be an excellent game to give for Christmas!
Do note, this game is for players aged 16+
You can learn more by visiting Identity Games. Be sure to check the store locator to find out where you can purchase the game. It is also available at Amazon.
haha that would sure be fun. I have no problem letting my goofball show.
ReplyDeleteThis would probably have me and all my friends laughing! Think peanut butter is hard? Try chewing gum!! (peanut butter will take the chewing gum off the guards)
