When you have a senior in high school, you are always very aware that they are in their last year of everything that has to do with school. Such is the case with me and my daughter this year. To say she is excited about the milestone that is about to take place in June would be an understatement. As her mom, I look for little ways to help her celebrate her graduation from not only high school, but also to so many other things. One way to do so? This long-sleeved, personalized top from Allied Shirts. I selected a purple color for both the picture and her name. I selected her name to be written in a pretty cursive font.
Unfortunately, my daughter's shirt didn't fit. It was the size she normally wears, (but she is a bit top-heavy) so readers just know...if you order this shirt, they do run a little small, but if you get the right size, they are gorgeous! My daughter is artsy, as many of you know, and even though she couldn't wear her shirt, she is definitely thinking of ways she can keep it and showcase it. A shadow box, part of a blanket, or even just putting it in her baby box as a keepsake are options. Whatever she decides to do with it, I am just happy she has a treasured item to keep that will always reminder her of this precious time in her life, and an item that reminds her now of how proud of her I am.
