Decorating with Replica Furniture Can Save You a Bundle!

When I'm shopping for furniture I like to find items that are classic in style but still look oh so comfortable. Usually those pieces are too expensive for my current budget, unless I get lucky and find a great piece of replica furniture that I can afford. Items like the French Provincial armchair you see above make me really happy. I can see myself sitting there to read a good book, preferably facing a window with a beautiful nature view. And it is a replica, so it's not too cost-prohibitive to consider. In fact, I'd like to have a few of these to pepper around the lounging areas of my place.

That being said, I do appreciate coming across a more modern look too. I have a good friend who always has the more modern pieces in her home, and they are definitely great conversation starters at family parties! This replica Lem Piston barstool would be right up her alley, and I have to admit it is pretty amazing.

Replica furniture allows you to recreate your favorite kinds of looks, even when you are working on a budget. I say if you can, decorate the way you want to from the get-go. All of the pieces you put in your home are items you're going to look at and use for a long time. Might as well make them selections that you love!

Do you have a favorite decorating style?

  4. Our decorating style is eclectic. Lots of different styles. Things bought because we loved them.

  7. I'm torn. I like the modern - simple look with all white and black with an accent color like red. I like the industrial look - think steel. I like the old world look, which the first chair would fit into that.

My living room is very old world looking. The walls were painted bright yellow, but we have a ton of glazes on top (red and brown). It looks like an old map. Then brown furniture.

The downstairs is going to be industrial.

  8. I also like the classic look because you know it will never go out of style. But, it really does have to be comfy. No use buying something you are only going to come to resent later.

  10. Hello Rosey, I love both chairs in their own way. I love the traditional one with pretty fabric on it.
Thanks for the lovely visit and hope you have a nice week.

  13. (Decorating with Replica Furniture Can Save You a Bundle!) I just found a old chair that was in pretty good shape at a sale that I got really cheap. I am going to have it recovered though. I have a friend that can do it for me also-

  14. I always appreciate saving money. I like dark wood furniture, as well as a lot of bright, bold accent pieces throughout our home.
