No where to practice soccer? One Step Ahead has the Solution

Disclosure: This is a sponsored post. All opinions stated are genuine and my own.

In keeping with this year's theme word of "solutions," One Step Ahead has done it again! If you have a child in soccer, and you don't have a big yard, or a place nearby to practice, you can now take your soccer field with you on the go.

See that adorable bag on my son's back? That's the highly portable Pop Up Soccer Goals 2 Pack sold at One Step Ahead. Nifty storage and easy to carry, right?

Setting these up is a piece of cake too. We do have the yard for him to play, and the kids in the neighborhood are always, always over here...but we decided this day to take the set to the park. The picture above is of my son unpacking the carrying case.

Inside you'll find two portable goals, the plastic rods to hold them in place, and the instructions.

To assemble it, you simply slide the rods into the slots (self-explanatory but there are directions on where to put them if you need to see them). This makes the goal ends "pop" up.

This step takes all of about a minute to complete. Now that's the kind of assembly I can appreciate. :)

Once the set is up and running, it's time to play.

Have you ever heard the saying, 'If you build it, they will come?" Well...that was definitley the case with this soccer goal set.

It took about 15 seconds of my son kicking the ball on his own before several children already playing in the park came over to strike up a real game.

He had a great time playing a few matches, and his friends in the park did too. I like that this set makes it so easy to get out and practice. Gotta keep those skills honed, you know, so you're not slacking during the real deal. ;)

Break down was easy too. 1-2-3 and twist, and it was all back into its self-carrying case...

Snug as a bug in a rug. :) I couldn't have been happier with these Pop-Up Soccer Goals, and my son really loved them too. These are keepers, I recommend them to anyone who has children that like to get out and mooooooove!

These 10-second soccer goals pop-up and breakdown instantly, so they're ready when kids want to play, but won't clutter up your backyard. Or, take them to the park (or anywhere); compact carry bag included. Sturdier and better made than others we tested. With folding steel frame, rugged, realistic net, and kick back net for target practice. Ground stakes included. Each goal is 45 1/4"L x 33 1/2"W x 33 1/2"H; storage bag is 18" in diameter x 3 3/4"H with goals inside. For ages 3 years and up

That is so cool. My boys would love to kick the ball around in the yard with this :)

How cool. I love that they can turn any field into a practice ground.

Pam said...

How cool is this? It can be hard to get to the park to practice, and even then sometimes all the soccer fields are taken. This would be a perfect solution.

What a great idea-especially for kids who live in apartments with no grass in the immediate area! Just go to a park and have a great time--and you are correct--plenty of kids will come over once they see it and want to play too!!
