Everything's Gone Haywire! It's a Taco Takeover! #Tacogamenight

Disclosure: This is a sponsored post. All opinions stated are genuine and my own.

Taco Takeover is a new game from Haywire Group, Inc., and it's an awesome addition to add to Taco Game Night in your home!

It seems like so many families have a 'Taco Night' in their house, or even a Taco Game Night. Even the Lego People had their own Taco Tuesday! ;)  While we don't have a specific night for a taco feast, we do sometimes indulge and call it 'Taco Night.' Tomorrow is that day for us. We have a whole big group of family and friends coming over, and everyone who will be there does like a tasty taco...so that is what is going to be on the menu. I'll also be breaking out our new Taco Takeover Game!

We've got our food and our game ready for #TacoGameNight!
Taco Takeover is a fun game for ages 6+ and the goal of it is 'to fill your taco with the ingredients on the card before anyone else can. There are spoilers within the cards that make everyone have to dump their progress or lose all together. Whoever wins three rounds, wins the entire game! It's a great pre-taco feast game, or 'after taco' dinner game, meant for two or more players. I can't wait to break it out! We'll have ours before dinner here, so people can rest and relax afterwards. It'll be a great way to bring everyone togeteher to the table for some group visiting, and then I can serve the food while they're there (which to me is way better than everyone taking a plate and breaking off into different areas). I like dinner at the table, and it's a great way to catch up. :)

So...do you have a taco night? What kind of meat do you like in your taco? We selected chicken and beef to please both types of meat lovers, and I almost got fish to cook for them too, but opted out since there's already so much food. I eat mine sans meat, using the beans instead for protein. I also prefer the sharp cheddar (but like mild), but since most people here don't, I fought the urge to buy it. ;) And if we're talking shells, I'm all in for the hard shells, but could live without the soft ones. Our family varies on that too, but most of them like both types.

You can learn more about the Taco Takeover, and purchase a game of your own (not an affiliate link) by visiting this website. Have a great weekend, everyone!

This sounds like a fun game which everyone will enjoy playing--especially since they know Taco's are on the menu! I do love Taco's--either bean or hamburger--topped with the works. I have to go mild these days with the sauce--but I do like them hot!!

That would be fun for a kiddo to use. Never really had tacos at my sea.

I like a little kick too, but it's not overly popular here so I go mild. ;)

I like them a LOT but only every once in awhile. :)b

Looks like great fun; I know some kidlings and their parents who would love the game!
We like the occasional taco (or fajita) night ourselves.

My family and I do this once in a while. We love playing Cards Against Humanity though and eat a lot of food.

I love tacos. I would say my favorite is a tie between a good fish taco and one made with fried shrimp - which is exactly what I am having for dinner tonight.

That game looks like a fun one. We don't have a taco night but maybe we will once our boys are a little older. I love tacos and the hard shells are my favorite.
