FabKids: A Children's Clothing Subscription and So Much More

Disclosure: This is a sponsored post. All opinions stated are genuine and my own.

FabKids Striped Hooded Top

Every month I tell you about the fabulous kids' clothing subscription that FabKids offers, and it really is terrific. I have friends and family who signed up to get an outift every single month and they love it. I'm going to tell you a little bit about the subscription, but I'm also going to tell you about other options they have to offer.

How the VIP Subscription Service Works

The subscription service is practical, helpful, and fun (who wouldn't love to have a new outfit delivered to their door once a month?). It's easy too. Each month you are charged the price of one outfit to your credit card. The credit for that outfit then goes into your account so you can pick out an outfit of your choice, at your leisure, any time you would like. The subscription service is free. The montly charge (if you decide you want to make a purchase that month) is $29.95.

You don't have to make a purchase though!! The choice is always yours. Simply opt out by the 5th of the month to decline (if you are so inclined). Easy peasy. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

All new VIP Members are eligible to take advantage of the Buy One Get One Free outfit deal for their first purchase.

You Can Make Individual Purchases!

FabKids sells tee-packs like this cool set you see above.

Yes, FabKids is an amazing subscription service, but they're also so much more. Did you know that at FabKids you can make any purchase, any time? They have a lot of great mix-and-match pieces, great shirt duo kits like the one you see above, dresses, pants, shorts, and even shoes!

FabKids sells pants. These Classic Cargo Pants come in different colors
and they have nice, roomy pockets on the front.

The pants are always the best quality!! I have had four kids, and I honest to goodness have never found pants I like more for kids, than the ones they sell at FabKids. Not only are they designed to be stylish and look good, but they're also extremely durable and they wear and wash well. The Classic Cargo Pants you see in the picture above are nice and roomy, but they're heavy-duty too...which means they're comfortable and they're going to last. You get more for your money with any of the FabKids pants. I would buy and/or recommend them to any one, any day.

Like all FabKids selections, the clothes are ready-to-play,
roomy and the move well with your busy child.

Like all FabKids selections, the clothing I am showcasing today is made to play. My son is busy and all over the place (I like that about him). His FabKids clothes don't distract him, and they allow him to move!! They also have fun options like the hood you see above, or the color patch skull you see below.

The Patch Skull Graphic Tee is perfect for Fall (and Halloween!).

The Patch Skull Graphic Tee is perfect for this time of year when people are breaking out the Halloween selections. More of a cute skeleton than a scary one, but still a skeleton (the first makes mom happy, the second thrills the boy ;) ),  this shirt takes your kiddos right into the holiday season with flair.

FabKids has shoes!
If you haven't seen them yet, FabKids is now also offering a nice selection of shoes for both boys and girls. My son loves these ColorBlock High Top Sneakers because he thinks they look cool. I love them because they're machine washable and they have shoe laces but they don't really tie!!

My son has several new pairs of shoes and he skips over all of them to get to these, so they must be comfy too.

This picture shows my son in his new FabKids shirt,
with a pair of pants he got from FabKids a long time ago.

They look great together, right? Mixing and matching is easy with the FabKids clothing line.

In the picture above, my son has the shirt from the tee pack I described above (note: you can buy the shirts as separate pieces too), mixed with a pair of FabKids jeans we ordered a loooong time ago. They look great, right? And they've been worn and washed a lot. Like I said, those pants really hold up.

We love the FabKids monthly subscription service, but we appreciate the option of being able to order separates when we need them too. FabKids does a great job at meeting all of our clothing shopping needs. I'll be including them in the Mail4Rosey Holiday Gift Guide this year too, because I think the subscription service is a great gift idea.

#Zoonicorn Part Zebra Part Unicorn with Book!

Disclosure: This is a sponsored post. All opinions stated are genuine and my own.

The little Zoonicorns really are so cute!
Blog reviews are supposed to be honest, right? So I'm going to tell the truth. I thought these little Zoonicorns were cute, but I didn't think they'd really be a big deal. And then they arrived...

There's a book! Each of the Zoonicorns from the collection plays a part
and there are other animals inside too. :)
When you open a box of Zoonicorns, magic really does take place. We recently received a box of four of them. The kids ran around excited, playing with their new-found friends. After having spent quite a bit of time doing that, it was time for my granddaughter to take a nap. Before her nap, she always has story time. I pulled out the new book she hadn't seen yet, that had her Zoonicorns inside. That's when the magic happened, she lit up like the little princess that she is, and her face was definitely glowing. That's magic, right?

Her mom said she's been reading the book to her every night and singing to her the little song (sometimes more than once). It is a hard cover, generously-sized book that she absolutely loves. I thought it was great too, and the pictures inside have a really cool watercolor-feel to them that is soothing, and perfect for bedtime (or any time) reading.

Zoonicorn is a privaetely held company in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The tagline of their company is as follows, "Enriching youth with life adventures." Their passion is to develop products that enrich consumers in meaningful ways. I like it. I like it a lot. :)

The children in my family have had endless hours of play with these little beauties. I think they are a great invention, and I definiltey recommend them to anyone looking for a matching book and stuffed animal set. These make reading more fun, and they are a nice companion to haul around the house too.

Springfield Dolls: Meet Savannah (and enter to #win one of your own).

Disclosure: This is a sponsored post. All opinions stated are genuine and my own.

My granddaughter is at that age where she really loves baby dolls. So far, she has only had the smaller ones, since she's still pretty small herself, but all that changed the day she received her 18" Savannah doll from Springfield Dolls.

Diono Monterey: Booster Seat Safety with Style

Disclosure: This is a sponsored post. All opinions stated are genuine and my own.

The Diono Monterey Expandable High Back Booster
seat is designed to fit children 40 to 120 lbs.

Parents want to keep their children safe, that's a given. With the school year back in session, kids are spending a lot more time in the car. Between soccer matches, after-school events, guitar lessons, and the like, not to mention being carted back and forth to school each day, the kids are in the vehicle, a lot. One way to keep them safe, is with a stellar quality of car seat. For us, the Diono Booster seat is the perfect match for my 8-yr.-old son.

Wordless Wednesday: Dragonfly Season?

I recently went with my son and his baby girl to the park. While there, I came across so many dragonflies. Truly, I've never seen so many in one place. I could even just randomly aim my camera towards the sky, and the photo would pick up a dragonfly.

Each picture below has a dragonfly in it, and it's just a small amount of the pics I took (I had to have proof that there were so many, lol!). Can you see them all? Cool, right?

PureCostumes: My Most Favorite Ninja Costume Ever!

Disclosure: This is a sponsored post. All opinions stated are genuine and my own.

Masked Ninja Child Costume from Pure Costumes

Little man has decided to be a ninja for his Halloween selection this year. He has been a ninja before, but that's okay, you go with what you like, right? :)  This year his outfit came from PureCostumes and he absolutely loves it. This costume is great! It's a little long, but with shoes that turns out to be okay (otherwise I would have just hemmed it).

Costume SuperCenter Turned My Son Into a Gnome!

Disclosure: This post is sponsored by Costume SuperCenter. All opinions stated are genuine and my own.

I sometimes talk about the energy my grown boys have. They're playful, ridiculous (in a loveable sort of way), and above all, they've always got each other's backs. It's a bond I'm glad to have fostered by default, just by being their mom.

And this is what he looks like as a gnome, lol!
Men's Big Head Evil Gnome Costume from Costume Super Center
Today though, I have more than just words to show you. Today, I have pictures, and I think this proves the old point that a picture is worth a thousand words. I'd just had my surgery and wasn't supposed to be walking far at all. It gets boring being cooped up though, so I went on a little walk with my youngest son. While I was gone, my 2nd oldest showed up after his work day (evidently his youngest brother, unbeknownst to me, had called him and told him to come over and review his costume that came in the mail that day, lol!! He loves when he comes to visit).  Well I was tired from the walk, it was too much too soon, and I had to go back to our place very, very slowly.

By the time we got there, my oldest had already taken out his camera (which catches action shots far better than mine), and snapped some pictures of his brother.

You can see from the visual display that all I say about those boys are true. They're crazy, fun, and definitely full of energy. This Men's Big Head Evil Gnome Adult Costume includes shirt, shorts, bearded face, hat and shoe covers. The material is 100% polyester. You can find it at Costume SuperCenter by clicking here.

Right now there's a big 20% sale going on too, so hurry over and
take a look while the site-wide prices are still red hot!

You can learn more about this costume, and the TONS of other great selections by visiting the Costume SuperCenter website. you can also follow them on Facebook and/or Twitter.

Oriental Trading has over 400 New Items for #Halloween!

Disclosure: This is a sponsored post. All opinions stated are genuine and my own.

Oriental Trading knows holidays! We've shopped with them before, happily, for Christmas and now we're shopping with them for Halloween!

My oldest son is a warrior. I say that in a fun sense, in light of the post, but in reality, he's a real warrior too. He's a champion for his mama, he's a supporter of all of his siblings, and he's an amazing husband and father to his wife and beautiful little girl. I've always thought I was lucky to have him in my life, and 27 years later, I still do. :)

So I had to laugh when I gave him free reign to pick out a costume on the Oriental Trading site, and he selected the Spartan 300 Movie Warrior Costume, along with the 18" shield and sword.

This Gladiator Combat Shield and Sword Set is pretty impressive. It's high quality, heavy-duty plastic that is going to last longer than one night of trick-or-treating, and it's made with a nice attention to detail. It was the perfect accompaniment for the Spartan costume.

The photo session drew a few smiles from the neighbors, and it was fun to do. The burgundy toga, gold helmet and shin guards come with the costume. Quite the warrior look, right? :)

At the end of the day, what makes my son the best warrior of all, is that he's always soft and tender when he needs to be. See that face on my sweet grandbaby?????? I'm thinking she didn't know what to think of her daddy all dressed up, but you'll note she was game too, that's a plastic sword in her little hand. ;)

Oriental Trading has a lot more than just costumes for Halloween though, so be sure to check our their site. With over 400 new holiday items now listed and for sale, it's definitely a site you're going to want to see. I loved browsing the site, and couldn't resist picking up some Peanuts (movie) paper plates and napkins. I'll break them out when we have Halloween treats, they'll add a special touch to an already festive season.

GIVEAWAY ($250 Grand Prize Value)!!

Oriental Trading is hosting a giveaway. Each day someone will win a $25 credit to shop online in their store, and one really lucky winner is going to get the grand prize store credit of $250. With the great prices they have on their selections, $250 could go a really long way! Good luck to all who enter. Ends 10/17/15.  Enter HERE.
