BoostAPak Booster Car Seat with #giveaway (it looks and travels like a backpack!)

Disclosure: A product was received to help facilitate this post. All opinions stated are genuine and my own.

One Step Ahead is amazing. Honest to goodness, downright amazing, when it comes to product quality and ingenuity. They take traditional favorites and useful products and turn them into awesome items that are going to make you happy for a long time to come. Later this week I have an item for them to giveaway that is going to blow you away if you have a little one in the house. Today I have a Booster Car Seat that is unique, useful, and innovative in its own right.

BoostAPak Booster Car Seat
Now you can have a booster wherever you go!
It looks like a backpack, right? But this is no backpack... though it does have ample storage space.

Inside storage compartment, not using the zipper pouch.
Since I have brought up the storage space, let's go there first. On the bottom part of the booster seat, underneath a hard shell (with padding on top for your child's sitting comfort) is a zipped storage space. You can put items on top of the zipper pouch. You can see that are in the picture above.

Storage section using the protective zipper pouch. You can utilize both at the same time.
The net on the left is a handy pouch for additional storage.
You can also put things underneath the zipper pouch. Or...if you wanted, you could utilize both at the same time. There is also a large mesh storage space on the inside lid. You can see that in the picture above as well.

This is the flap lifted (it secures with velcro). Under it are the chair sides that fold down.

Here you can see the sides in their standing position.

Getting them opened and closed is a piece of cake. Simply push the big red button.
Now on to how to carry the booster. It comes in a handy backpack form. The sturdy sides fold in and out with the push of a button.

The straps are padded, making it easy for the kids to carry.
The straps are adjustable and have a nice, thick padding on them. The bag is light to begin with, so it's not too heavy, but when you add items to the storage it can take on some weight. The padding makes it so much nicer to carry.

This clilp slides into the correct position for your child,
keeping the shoulder belt in the proper place.
The seat itself is safety approved for your vehicle. It also has a handy clip on it, to keep the shoulder belt in its proper place on your child (so it doesn't rest in a place that is uncomfortable or unsafe).

The seat is 15 1/2"L x 14" W x 6 1/2" H. It is for children ages 4 and up, who are between 40-80 lbs and 43"-52" tall. It has a hand washable cover that removes easily for cleaning.

There are so many uses for this booster. The storage allows kids to pack for overnight stays, travel, or just to have items with them in the car. The backpack straps make it so they can carry it themselves. And the seat makes it so they're safe, no matter who's car they're in.

You can learn more about this BoostAPack Booster Car Seat by visiting the One Step Ahead website. You can also follow them on Facebook and/or Twitter.

One lucky winner gets one to call their own, courtesy of One Step Ahead. US entrants only.
