KidzShake Motto: Eating Healthy has Never Been This Easy!

Disclosure: This is a sponsored post. Either product or some other form of compensation was provided. All opinions stated are genuine and my own.

My daughter-in-law is amazing when it comes to healthy eating, and that is something she has passed on to her daughter (my granddaughter). At two-years old, I don't think this sweet little girl has ever had a cookie, candy, or even ice cream. She does, however, LOVE broccoli, and asparagus makes her smile ear to ear. :)

My granddaughter eats VERY healthy!
We're learning the same from her mom. ;)

I am learning a lot from my daughter-in-law about whole foods, how to cook healthy, and what to serve that tastes great for the kids but won't be one bit bad for them. The thing about learning is that once you realize what exactly is in the foods you are normally serving that is not good for you, it is very difficult in good conscious to go back to serving those foods to your child. That's a good thing, but it's not always an easy thing.

Kidz Shake tastes great & it's full of probiotics and healthy enzymes.

Enter the adjustment period...

One way to help adjust to healthier eating throughout the transition period from ick to alright! is to serve up items that make the kiddos happy. Honestly, they don't even have to know what you're making is 'healthy,' but why wouldn't you share that with them? Healthy is a good thing, and you want them to be proud that they're enjoying healthy choices too (especially if they taste as good as these shakes do).

The KidzShake comes in four delicious flavors!

With so many kids surviving on a diet filled with sugar and chemical additives, The Birthday Party Diet!  Dr. Rach, Advocate for Children's Health and mom of 4, has created an amazing nutritional supplement that gives kids and busy parents all of the good stuff they need without any of the JUNK or SUGAR! Kidzshake is the prefect option for a breakfast shake or after school snack. The kids love it, and you can love that they are getting their probiotics and healthy enzymes too.

Kidzshake provides organic protein, vitamins and minerals, probiotics, digestive enzymes, omega 3s and fiber for kids in a quick and easy drink format that tastes great!

There's a lot of good in these products, they don't take a lot of time to prepare, and they allow you to serve up tasty treats with confidence. You want to give your little ones the best, KidzShake makes doing so, a piece of cake...well, erm, um... you know what I mean...it makes it really easy to do.

There is a new product now too, called KidzSpinkles. These sprinkles are flavorless on food and provide complete vitamins and probiotics for little bellies. What a great way to help ensure your little ones are eating right!

I really like the KidzShake product line, and I'm happy to recommend it to my readers. Once you try it, I think like we are, you will be sold!

  4. This is the answer to every parent's prayers! My kids are generally good eaters, but they do give me a hard time every so often. This is such a great way to get the good stuff into them!

  5. This looks like a great option for kids! I have a very picky little guy and getting him to eat good foods can be impossible some days. I'll have to look into this for him.

  9. This would be great for us. My middle son has celiac disease. Whenever he gets contaminated with gluten we switch to shakes that are gentle on his stomach.

  10. My mind is blown. I have never heard of sprinkle on vitamins. What will they think of next?

  11. I wish I had been more healthy when it came to foods with my kids and grandkids. Although my kids all love veggies, my grands are more finicky and it's hard to get them to eat anything other than green beans and corn. Those kidzshakes might do the trick.

  27. I had a child service caseworker in my house when I was fostering my niece. Allison comes strolling in and asked for a cucumber for a snack, which floored the lady. She was so baffled that a child actually wanted a veggie as a snack as she never heard one request it lol. These do sound like shakes my kids would love!

  40. The flavors of the shake are very kid friendly and that's really what kids love. The shake is indeed really ideal for a snack. It is my first time to hear a sprinkle vitamins and the concept, for me, is very smart since kids do not like to take vitamins.

  42. I let my daughter have a friend spend the night last week and she wanted nothing but fruit, and I loved it. Mostly because my own child doesn't eat fruit willingly. I am hoping her friend's good habits will rub off on my daughter. It's nice that you give credit where credit it due and your granddaughter is the cutest little thing.
