The FitTea 14-Day
Detox is going to be my saving grace for summer. That few extra pounds I've put
on over the winter need to come off and I know from past experience that
the quickest way to do that is with #FitTea.
Winters in Michigan are hard and long. One
of the ways I cope with those is by hunkering down in the house, hibernating if
you will, bundling up in warm clothes, and sometimes eating comfort foods (aka in my house, unhealthy eating). I know,
believe me, I know, comfort eating does not lead to great weight results. A
piece of pie here, a slice of cake there, a bowl of vanilla ice cream with
chocolate syrup, pistachios and cherries...um, not that that's my fave or
anything, all add up in places you don't want to see addition taking place. After a
few pounds come on and your clothes get a little tight, if you're like me, you
tend to get outraged at first that you let it happen, and then...you fall into the land of comfortable.
The extra few pounds of weight becomes the norm, or comfy, and you simply accept it for what it is, and carry on.
That's all well and good until you find
yourself eating unhealthy again and packing on a couple of more pounds. Before
you know it, your waistband becomes tight. That's when you step on the scale
and audibly say, 'oh no,' whether there's anyone in the room with you or not. That's when you know it's time to action. For me, action means stepping up the game on my exercise, eating right, and drinking my FitTea. The tea gives me the extra energy boost I need, while naturally suppressing my appetite, and that makes me very happy.
Once I get back in the groove, and my habits have once again been streamlined and are healthy, I scratch my head and wonder how I let the extra pounds happen. When you think about it, there are so many healthy food options that taste great, and leave you feeling way better than junk, that it just doesn't make sense to opt in for the unhealthy selections more than every once in a blue moon. Seriously... when I drink pop (or 'soda' if you're in that part of the country) it wears me down. Potato Chips are delicious, especially with a high quality French Onion Dip, but if I eat them, I instantly get tired. Like...go to sleep for a little bit tired, and I don't like that at all.
The FitTea experience for me is a). relaxing. b). energizing. How can it be both? Well, it's pleasant to drink it, and it tastes great. That's relaxing. After my cup of FitTea is finished, I notice that I'm not hungry, at all, in fact, I feel pleasantly full. And then when I get up and go about my day, I feel naturally energetic and happy.

Why do I like FitTea?
I like to use FitTea to help combat the extra few pounds. It not only tastes pleasant, with its nice trace of citrus, but it also all-natural and gives you energy, boosts your metabolism, aids in digestive health and boosts fat-loss naturally in problem areas. Add to that the fact that it has antimicrobial products and I'm happy to be all-in.

I've used FitTea several times and have always loved the results.
In addition to being a fast working natural detox, and a product that naturally
suppresses the appetite with all-natural antioxidants FitTea is also very
relaxing. I really enjoy picking up a book in the early morning, chilling on
the couch and sipping my FitTea.
The ingredients are all things you know and love: Organic Green
Tea, Oolong Wu Yi, Organic Rooibos, Ginger, Pomegranate, Guarana, Birch,
Stevia, Corn and Honey Powder.
FitTea results have proven themselves to be high quality for me, and I now look forward
to a daily cup.
Natural teas like FitTea are not new. They've been used all over
the world for years for weight loss and increased energy. That it tastes great
too, is clearly a huge bonus.
I'm a big fan of FitTea, and I think if you try it, chances are
high you'll become a big fan too.
Now wish my luck in taking off the winter weight. I've got some
summering to do. :)
