Community Coffee Company: Recipes Made with Coffee!

Oh my goodness, it is absolutely no secret at all that I'm a coffee girl and just recently I did the unthinkable, something I never thought I would do... I tried iced coffee!! Let me tell you, the outcome. While I liked it (surprise! I really did), it's still the hot I prefer. That's not to say I won't be filling up a mug with ice and enjoying my beloved beverage on some hot summer days though, because I most definitely will be. :)

Community Coffee comes in single-serve cups too!
When it's coffee time, I like to have a medium roast (or a flavored coffee). Others in my family love the dark roast. Fortunately, reputable coffee companies like the ever amazing Community Coffee that we all know and love, offers all of the above, and then some!

Community Coffee Company is the largest family-owned and operated coffee company in the U.S.
Community offers high-quality blends featuring 100% select Arabica coffee beans in a variety of yummy flavors such as Pecan Praline, French Vanilla, and classic Dark Roast. For savory meals, use Community coffee in combination with other herbs and spices to marinate meats. For sweeter treats, try coffee in pudding, cake and brownie recipes to intensify the flavor of chocolate.

Cooking with coffee, you say??? Oh yes, if you haven't tried it, you must, must, must (did I say 'must?' give it a go.

I took the following from the Community Coffee Pinterest Board, which if you haven't been to yet, I highly recommend. These are just a few of my favorites to show you, but there are others. And so so soooo many of them look absolutely scrumdiliumptious!

Coffee Braised Beef Short Ribs

The first recipe I saw that made me giddy was the Coffee Braised Beef Short Ribs. My grown boys love ribs, and if I break out this recipe the next time we're all together, and I may, I'm going to get some serious Mom-Brownie-Points (and who doesn't want those?!?!). :)

Tiramisu Filled Éclairs with Mocha Icing
For those with a sweet tooth, how about Tiramisu Filled Éclairs with Mocha Icing. I can't even imagine how delicious that bad boy would taste some late afternoon, on the back patio, with family, friends and some Community Coffee.

Pretty good looking, right? I told you so. :) And there's more, there's definitely more (would the chili and coffee rubbed steak tip skewers be calling your name? or maybe the Coffee Créme Brûlée?).

You can learn more about Community Coffee by visiting their website. Be sure to check them out too on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.

Let me know below, do you like cooking with coffee? Have some great recipes to share? Love Community Coffee? Pull up a chair and let's discuss. I'm all ears. :)

  19. I don't do hot coffee, but I do love an iced coffee occasionally. The key is making sure all the sugar is dissolve (which takes FOREVER! in cold liquids) before taking a big sip :)

  70. Hey Kiddo
I love, love, love coffee...... the aroma of coffee sends me into a giddy delight. But.... I never drink it. One sip of iced coffee and I'm again addicted and that addiction is difficult to break. The headaches, oh the headaches. When I do/did drink coffee, it was always ice coffee. Even during the most brazen Minnesota blizzard I would order my iced coffee....always double shots with ice. Alas....now I get my kicks from wandering through the coffee section in the health food store, the section where they grind the coffee and the lovely aroma is a temptress.
