No-Ad and Ocean Potion Can Get You Ready for Summer

Disclosure: I received product samples to help facilitate the review. All opinions stated are genuine and my own.

No-Ad and Ocean Potion offer sun protection and/or color in a variety of handy formats and containers, making them easier than ever to take on the go regardless of your situation.

No-Ad and Ocean Potion come in a variety of styles for application.
In the photo above, I've taken the lid off of the Ocean Potion Ever Glow Xtreme, which is a sunless self-tanner, so you can see that it is a creamy, rich white lotion (for some reason I thought a sunless tanner would have color, lol! ). :) This is nice if you need to gain some color and don't want to go out in the sun. It contains moisturizers, so it won't dry out your skin, and is designed to give you a subtle color within a few hours of application. You can apply more daily until you reach your desired look. The difference between this and other self-tanners is that it doesn't have an awful smell to it. In fact, it has a rather pleasant mango-lime scent that is very summer-y in nature.

Please note this is to provide you color without sun, it does not contain protection from sunburn.

The No-Ad Oil-Free Face Lotion
is light as a feather going on and leaves no residue.

In the picture above you see the No-Ad Oil-Free Face lotion, with an SPF of 30. This fragrance free lotion designed specifically for the face, protects your skin with a breakout-free formula that is deemed Hypoallergenic. It is water-resistant for up to 80 minutes, and it is Skin Cancer Foundation Recommended.

Photo taken right after an assist that made a goal, woot!
For us on the sidelines and those in the games, sun protection is a must.

I'm loving the face lotion for the soccer games. We've just gotten to the point where the practices and the later-in-the-day games leave us sitting smack dab in the middle of the brutal sun. I'm NOT complaining! I love the warm weather and the sun, but I don't like sunburn. I just put a little of this on (a little goes a long way) and I'm protected for the entire game (and for the park time that usually ensues after the game as well).

No-Ad Sport Stick: Sun Protection with no messy residue, no fragrance,
and it's safe for sensitive skin.
The No-Ad Sport Stick Body & Face stick has an SPF of 50. It is unscented and glides on without leaving any white streaks or residue. This is perfect for travel because it meets airline specification and can go right in your carry-on with you.  I love that feature! It is an ultra-light formula, designed to protect without being heavy and it doesn't irritate even my son's sensitive skin. This is going to be our go-to sun protection for summer travel.

All three of items are very reasonably priced (right around $5.00 a piece) and you can find them in retail stores around the world. All SSCR's NO-AD®, BullFrog®, and Ocean Potion® portfolio of brands are proudly made in Cocoa, Florida, USA.

  14. We go through a ton of sun protection throughout the spring and summer so stocking up is key. That face stick would work wonders too!

  26. I really thought the sunless tanner had color too...maybe brownish gold or something like that.

And I really need to begin putting sunscreen on the kids before they go off to school. They don't seem to do it while in school!

  27. I am glad to see No-Ad brand out into different products. I started using their tanning lotions about 20 years ago and a few years later started using their sunscreens. I just recently found out they had other products on their line now.

  28. I should probably get some new of all this stuff. It's been a few years. I know it's less effective if you let it age.

  30. Adequate sunscreen is so important when going outside in the spring and summer. My fiance is very light skinned and constantly get sunburn. He has gotten a sunburn in the middle of winter before, it's ridiculous. We love sunscreen sticks because it is so much easier to apply to the face.
