Levana Sophia Video Baby Monitor #Giveaway

Disclosure: Mail4Rosey did not receive compensation to help promote this giveaway and is not responsible for prize delivery.

Things have sure come a long way in the baby monitor department. I remember having just an audio one years ago, and it was only one-way. It wasn't at all convenient and still left me running in and checking on baby every few minutes (which would of course sometimes wake him up). Now you can see, hear, and talk to baby on them, and that's pretty amazing, and very useful!

The Levana Sophia Baby Monitor not only does all of the above, it also checks room temperature, has a gentle nightlight, and is equipped with a communication system that allows you to talk and listen to baby, from up to 500 ft. away with an interference-free digital signal (meaning no one can hear or interrupt your talking, or see the video, but you).

The brightness on the monitor is adjustable, and the unit has a 48-hour battery life when it is in PEEP mode. That means that the monitor will rest while baby rests, and wake up when any sound is made in baby's area. If for some reason it's noisy in the room you're in, there is no need to worry you won't hear baby. The Levana Sophia Video Monitor also has an LED color bar, that changes color with the intensity of noise coming from the room.

This monitor expands up to four cameras too, which means you can place one in various rooms, and eliminate the need to move yours from room too room. From the looks/sound of it, Levana has thought of everything with this device. It is a great way to give you peace of mind, allowing you to get up and get some things done while baby sleeps. AND you won't wake baby up checking in on him/her every five minutes (something I'm sure all parents can relate to, at some point in time).

I'm thinking this would be a great addition to any home with a small child. It would also make an amazing baby shower gift! If it sounds like something you would like too, you can learn more about it on the Levana website. You can also follow them on Facebook and/or Twitter.

  2. My first born were twin girls and I would have liked this because they both needed 24/7 care for their breathing issues. I would have liked it just to monitor them instead of someone being next to them all day

  5. Sounds very interesting for young parents but for me, I'm 65 and my wife & I finished having children even though I have a story. I had a vasectomy after two children but after 9 years, surprise my wife got pregnant with our third who is 30 years old. I was told after that, I was an Italian Stallion. Ha,ha,ha. Have a wonderful Monday Rosey. See ya.

  12. Oh I love my video baby monitor, I still use it with my six and three year old in the play room and in their bedrooms or common areas I might not be in at the moment. They make a great all around kids monitor and I'm sure I'll use it for several more years.

  30. I think this will be great when our first little one arrives so that we can see if they are awake or sleeping soundly without opening the door. Also, it's great to make sure they haven't wiggled out of their swaddle :)

  31. if I would have had this I could have rested better knowing my child was sleeping better, my kids stayed in the same room as I when they where little

  32. I wish I had had one of these when my daughter was little. I worried so much about her and would get up almost every hour each night. To be able to have seen her and heard her would have meant a lot less sleepless nights.
