The cost is $10 for Employment Verification, $10 for Income Verification, or $15 for the two. Reports have a one-business-day turnaround time.
Tenantify is meant to empower the landlord and help build trust between him/her and the renter. Though a credit check is common when it comes to renting, those provided by the larger credit bureaus (most commonly used) do not offer current information. With Tenantify, a landlord will know if a person trying to rent is currently employed, of if they have a steady stream of income coming in.
Extreme care is taken to protect all personal information obtained.

My husband and his brother own several rental properties, so I will make sure he knows about this!
ReplyDeleteWow this is neat! We rent but I hope to in the future own and possibly have a rental property or two! This would be wonderful!
ReplyDeleteExcellent idea. You hear so many war stories about people who rent. It's essential to get a good renter.
ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous day. ☺
Me too! Definitely sounds like an amazing resource!
DeleteI don't rent out any properties so this would not help me at all. Personally I am not sure if I would be willing to pay a landlord money to do a check on me--with a co-op which I am in the bank does it. How would I know if I could trust the owner? That he/she would not use sensitive information for nefarious purposes?
ReplyDeleteWow this is big.. I did not know about this and will most likely use for the future. Hopefully no time soon .. saying our tenant is satisfied and wants to stay.
ReplyDeleteAn excellent initiative. That I am unlikely to ever need. Nice to hear it exists though.
ReplyDeleteThis is such a great idea. I would love to buy some properties and rent out. Amber N
ReplyDeleteAny extra layer of assurance and security is more than welcome. This is a great service.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely comforting to know, I would love to rent out my home I just have been scared to do so.
DeleteChecking on verification can be a pain, so this is a good idea for landlords.
ReplyDeleteHope all's well in your abode, Rosey.
This is a great service. I know someone who has rental properties, and verifying everything is such a hassle. I'll be letting him know about this.
ReplyDeleteThis sounds like a great resource for anyone in the rental industry. I have a realtor friend, and she's told me horror stories of background checks.
ReplyDeleteThis sounds like a wonderful service for both renters and landlords!

ReplyDeleteSounds like a great resource. Be nice to know these things
ReplyDeleteEven with the best programs, renting can be tricky. My parents had some crazies over the years.
ReplyDeleteThis is good to know. We thought about renting out our house and buying a bigger home.
ReplyDeleteSound like a great service.
ReplyDeleteMy mom owns a property she rents out 6 apartments. I will be sending this to her. thanks for sharing
ReplyDeleteA good way to keep get background on potential tenants indeed
ReplyDeleteI am sharing this with a friend of mine who has several properties, thanks for posting!
ReplyDeleteWish we'd known about this when my mother and stepfather had their rentals!
ReplyDeleteI wish this was around when we had tenants!
ReplyDeleteThis is a great idea. Will have to keep it in mind for the future.
ReplyDeleteThis sounds like a great service to help landlords save time and money. I know how important it is to make sure that you have reliable tenants.
ReplyDeleteThis sounds like a great idea. My mother in-law rented her house one time and it didn't go well. She could have used a service like this.
ReplyDeleteSounds great. We rent but when we own a home and possibly have a rental property of our own this will come in handy.
ReplyDeleteI have a close friend who owns rental properies. I will tell her about this.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a good service for any landlord or anyone who is renting something. There are sites that do this for babysitters, why not tenants.
ReplyDeleteThis sounds like a great resource for landlords! I can't imagine how difficult it must be to get good renters. I'm so glad we bought a house last year...no more landlord/renter drama for us!
ReplyDeleteJason wanted to rentals at one point. I put a no to that pretty quick. I just don't think I have what it takes to be a landlord!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for sharing. I wish my landlord had of used this service before renting out to my neighbor. As it stands, both of us are unhappy over his mistake.
ReplyDeleteI wish this was available for everyone so we can get truthful verification from Tenants. My father is in the Business and so much people lie just to get a place they know they cant pay for
ReplyDeleteThis is a great service for people who need to verify information. If I ever invest in a rental property, I'll definitely keep this in mind!
ReplyDeleteWe debated possibly renting out our house and decided against it. It is great there are resources like this available.

ReplyDeleteLooks like a great service for those that do this for a living.
ReplyDeleteThis looks like a great service, thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteThat is really neat resource. Handy and not expensive.
ReplyDeleteFantastic! We have some friends using a similar service and it comes in really handy
ReplyDeleteI like the idea because it is inexpensive and it gives a day of waiting to think over the tenants while waiting for the reply. Tenantify would have kept me from making a big rental mistake once or twice.
ReplyDeleteMy sister told me about this service when she bought her first income property. It's been so simple for her to use and feel confident about it.
ReplyDeleteThis looks like a great tool! We own our home, but you never know what things might come along that might make us rent it out. Good to know about this.
ReplyDeleteI watch a lot of HGTV so I'm pretty much a real estate expert (you can tell I'm kidding, right?). I would love an income property to offset the mortgage. It's a long-term goal, but I need to keep this service in mind for when we get there.
ReplyDeleteThis is an excellent idea!
ReplyDeleteIt's not familiar yet in my country but I am sure it will soon :)
Sounds like a great service. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteI will share this with friends who rent their property. They had issues with former tenants
ReplyDeleteThis would have been much better than paying a real estate agent to do this. But thankfully we no longer have our rental
ReplyDeleteWe were scammed before trying to rent a place. Now, we are really gun shy. But I bet it is just as scary for those trying to rent to someone.
ReplyDeleteThis is a great idea. I'll have to remember this site if I ever decide to rent out our house. An income property would be a great asset to have one of these days. I'm like Crystal, I love HGTV and have dreamed of flipping a house. Except, with my back and Fibromyalgia that dream is on permanent hold unless I have money flowing out my ears and can hire the right contractors to do the entire thing whole I supervise.
ReplyDeleteA very good idea! My mom rents out a room, and I know it's important for her to do background checks, but she is somewhat lax with that. Now I can do it for her!
ReplyDeleteThis is a good idea. I don't have any tenants myself. :)
ReplyDeleteThat's great for landlords to get external verification check on the renters. First time I am hearing of such a service around.
ReplyDeleteThis is such a great site. We can use this with our tenants/
ReplyDeleteLandlords forget to do their verification and they are stuck after. This is so important and every landlord should do it
ReplyDeleteWhat a great service. I know quite a few people that could benefit from this. I will have to pass it along to them because I dont think they know about it.
ReplyDeleteI am renting, I need to check this out. I know people who rent to others too.
ReplyDeleteI am too chicken to rent property! This sounds handy though.
ReplyDeleteThis would be a great way to be sure you are renting to a good tenant. I have friends that have had places destroyed by bad tenants.
ReplyDeleteMy husband and I have long considered purchasing an income property. This would certainly be a big help to any landlord.
ReplyDeleteThis is a great service. It will save people a lot of headaches.
ReplyDeleteThis sounds like a major need for landowners. What a wonderful way to help build trust and ensure you are renting to good people.
ReplyDeleteThis is great! We are considering renting our home and moving closer to my husband's work. He's worried about verifying all that info, and this looks like it could be a great service.
ReplyDeleteThis is what my landlord uses. Such a great service.
ReplyDeleteThis is so great for landords out there. This is innovative and neccesary
ReplyDeleteThis is awesome, we are just getting ready to rent out our first home and it's a scary process. House repairs can be costly so a good tennant is a must.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cool service. We've talked about leasing our home at some point. This would really come in handy!
ReplyDeleteNeed to tell my father in law about this. He has 2 properties with rentals and really needs help finding good tenants. He's had some doozies in recent years.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great service! My sister-in-law is moving out of her apartment in April. I'm sure her land lord would love to know about this service. (He was having an open house today.)
ReplyDeleteAwesome! WIll recommend to my friend who is now getting ready to rent out to people.
ReplyDeleteI could never be a landlord because I feel that all the laws protect the tenant! But this is a great service. My friend owns a couple of different properties, so this could be super helpful to her.
