One of the libraries close to us just had a major overhaul done, and one of the things they did was add a bona fide kid's room to the building. Previously, they had just a small play area designated in the adult section, so this was a big and very welcome change!
The second we knew the building was done, we headed over to give it a look. In addition to the fun archways, like you see in the first picture, they also painted murals on the wall with bright, colorful prints. I think the FabKids outfit fit right in with the 'fun theme,' don't you? :)
I love that one of the new additions for this month is a colorblock tee! No one was happier when colorblock came back into style than me! I love the look, and always have, so I was happy to select this short-sleeve Stripe Colorblock Tee for my son. You can see that the stripes and the colors go all the way around the shirt, and I think that gives it a clean, fresh look. I love the color choices they've used to put this one together too.
The FabKids Classic Straight Denim Pants have a nice and roomy fit, and the light color is new to my son's wardrobe! The pants at FabKids are hands down my favorite for quality, durability and style. When you have a little boy, all of the above are important because the rumor that boys can be very hard on their pants is true!! That's okay, it just means they play hard, which we don't mind a bit. ;)
FabKids is a monthly clothing subscription for children. Each month you will get charged a pre-determined amount for one outfit credit. Then at any time in the future, you can go in and select your outfit of choice, and have it delivered right to your door! You can select from the outfits that are already put together, or you can mix and match to create your own look! DeleteI was just telling my Hubs that it is really hard to find cute boys clothing, but that outfit is cute. I can post cute things all day long on my blog for my Granddaughter... but the Grandson is harder to find. Fabkids rocks!

ReplyDeleteI have had bad luck with Fabkids. My outfit had a hole within 24 hours and the inbetween sizes. They do have good customer service.

ReplyDeleteThat's so sad Kimberly! Our library does all sorts of events and free activities for kids, story time, puppet shows, concerts etc. It's really a great service. It's sad when libraries start to go downhill, books are timeless and should be treasured!

ReplyDeleteI do love their clothes. He looks handsome. I just don't like signing out of their newsletter. I had to call to cancel it. They wouldn't just let me do it online. Then they tried to convince me to stay on. I'm like, "No." The only reason I wanted signed out is the fact that my kids have more clothes than I do.
