A New Year_A New Kind of Fit! #FitTeaDetox

Disclosure: I received a sample envelope to help facilitate the review. All opinions stated are genuine and my own.

FitTea: "Give us a few weeks and we'll give you a new waistline."

It's a new year, and everyone is talking about their fresh goals, words to live by, and/or resolutions. For many, losing weight is something they'd like to do. The New Year gives us all a wonderful excuse to put into action what we've previously only done in our thoughts, including, if need be, dropping a few pounds.

FitTea's motto is, "Give us a few weeks and we'll give you a new waistline."

Well, I've found out over the past couple of years that blogging is a very sedentary 'activity.' Is that an oxymoron? Which (for me) means that even though not much has changed with my diet or exercise routine, that I could use a little help with a new/improved waistline. I've definitely acquired a few unwanted pounds. That's where the FitTea comes in.

You can tell it's all natural, and it smells good, right out of the bag!

I've used this tea before, and I really like it. The taste is light and pleasant, which is my favorite thing. Some people will down a bitter detox if it's good for you, but I say, 'why bother when you have a much more pleasant option?'

FitTea is an all-natural detox tea that helps you build a solid immune system. It is designed to super-charge and boost the overall immune system (perfect for this lovely time of year), and it gives you more energy. I did notice that I felt better when I used it last year...not that I felt bad, because I didn't, but I could definitely feel a positive difference.

FitTea is touted to aid in digestive health. It is also known to boost fat-loss naturally, even in problem areas. I like both of those things, but I like even more that it's an all-natural detox tea. The ingredients, also natural antioxidants, are also known to suppress appetite.

The tea is light, and it really does taste good. You can def. taste a light citrus.

What's in it, you might be wondering? Well, wonder no more... here is the list. :)

Ingredients: Organic Green Tea, Oolong Wu Yi, Organic Rooibos, Ginger, Pomegranate, Guarana, Birch, Stevia, Corn and Honey Powder.

Note: If you are interested in a caffeine-free alternative, FitTea has one available (Ingredients: Holy Basil (Tulsi), Spearmint, Rosehips, Lemon Myrtle, and Linden Blossoms.

There are user reviews on the website if you're interested. FitTea is a great way to help you meet and/or exceed your New Year weight loss goals. Or it's just a great way to make you feel lighter, or better, which is how I felt when I used it last year.  Not 'lighter' weight-wise, though it can do that too, just naturally lighter...inside. And that's a good thing.

You can learn more by visiting the FitTea website. You can also follow them on Facebook and/or Twitter.

I've actually heard a lot of good things about this detox lately. I'll have to look into it more!

I've heard of this before and have even considered using it to help me shed the 7 pounds I put on last year that I can't get rid of. I know to some that don't sound like much because I'm at 115 lbs, but because of my back injuries (spine collapsed, failed surgery followed) any little weight gain puts pressure on the injury sites and causes unbelievable pain. Thanks for sharing and I hope this works well for everyone.

I need this. I am in need of a detox and your review is fantastic.

Lisa Codina said...

I'm too much of a coffee person to get into teas, lol! Having said that, I guess I don't feel the need to drink detox teas because I normally eat very healthy foods! There are times when I overdue it and eat foods I shouldn't (which ends up making me feel horrible) when I SHOULD be drinking these types of teas to help detox from all the rubbish in my body ;-)

Amy Stenehjem-Kelsch said...

This product looks interesting. Love the addition of ginger and stevia.

Salleefur/Jesselyn/Jesster said...

I tend to be a coffee person ~ but I do agree that the occasional DETOX is essential to good health ~ even if you eat a healthy diet. I also agree that most "detox" products are unpleasant (to say the least.)

I think this time of year is the best time for detoxing: almost everyone splurges to some extent over the holidays ~ and in Winter we tend to get a lot less exercise, fresh air AND sunshine. I was mostly unfamiliar with Fit Tea before your review ~ but it does sound like a good product with a pleasant enough flavor ~ I would definitely add some fresh ginger ~ both for the taste and the extra nuitritional/medicinal value. Thanks!
