The Mrs. Cavanaugh's Truffle bars were SO SO SO good!
Candy is candy, right? No, not always. My in-laws were over recently and we broke out our Mrs. Cavanaugh's supply to share.

Everyone enjoyed these...my FIL and youngest son really, really enjoyed these. ;)
The assorted chocolates were really good, and my FIL couldn't stay out of the box (loved that! I like making him happy). :) The chocolate was good, a very nice smooth quality that really did feel like an indulgence.

Almond Coconut White Chocolate Truffle Bar and it was so good!
It was these though....or more specifically for me, the Almond Coconut White Chocolate Truffle bar in the picture (the one that is opened) that sent me to a very happy place. I like chocolate... I don't eat it a lot, but I do like it! White chocolate is not my favorite though, and neither are truffles, and I rarely have either. So to try this one and have it be my most favorite candy bar to date, ever, really surprised me!! Seriously, this candy bar was light, but rich at the same time, and it was really just so absolutely delicious. The kids and I split it, and a few days later, split the Dark Chocolate Truffle bar too, which was very good. The mint and caramel truffle bars went on different days with my hubby to work. He loved them.
I can't say enough very good things about Cavanaugh's Chocolate. If you're thinking of getting some indulgent stocking stuffers, those candy bars would be an amazing little gift. If you're in the market for something a little bigger, I was thinking the bus driver, principal, teachers, the mailman, a favorite neighbor, etc. the boxed candy would be a great gift idea. You can create your own box (select the candies you want in there...how cool is that???) or you can get a random variety box. Mrs. Cavanaugh's also has great gift baskets made up, and they're selling delicious holiday items like Peppermint Oreos and Peppermint Bark.
Mrs. Cavanaugh's also offers gift certificates, and adding one to a Christmas Card before mailing it would be a really nice treat (literally and figuratively speaking).
