Last week was no exception...

because there are just some things you never outgrow. ;)

There was one we went to in DC that was waaaaaaaaaaaay too crowded and full of children w/ill manners. My son wanted to leave, lol. You know it's bad when a kid wants to leave. ;) The one is Lansing is not crowded though, it's nice. :)

mail4rosey said...

He always says we're stopping for the kids, Julie. mmm hmm ;)

Janine Huldie said...

Yup my girls and even husband love Chuck E Cheese ;)

mail4rosey said...

Its fun to play there (even if you're grown), I'll give 'em that one. ;)

Chuck E Cheese is awesome, though I haven't been there in years! The kids used to really get into the games :) I actually put a WW up today. Gonna try to get back into the swing of things.....

As long as I don't have to eat their terrible pizza I'm with you. That place is fun if you're not hungry.

Have a fabulous day. ☺

I'm headed over. :)

mail4rosey said...

lol, I'm not arguing. ;)

mail4rosey said...

Not sure which one likes it better... though I have my suspicions it's an equal outcome.

They don't have any up here, how rude lol

mail4rosey said...

I just saw your father/son playdate post and laughed!!

mail4rosey said...

Seriously...they need to remedy that, stat. ;)

What fun! My kids are both desperate to go to Chuck E Cheese and I've yet to take them....We do have a birthday coming up...I'll have to think about it.

I have never been nor have I ever taken any of my kids to Chuck E Cheese. Probably because the nearest one to us is over two hours away. I would rather drive an extra hour and get to Disneyland or Knott's Berry Farm.

Chuck-e- cheese was n is my kid's favorite joint :)

Thanks for linking up, Rosey!

Happy Wednesday!

mail4rosey said...

You should totally do it. There's a ticket blaster they can go in too... on their birthday. $3 for 30 seconds and it's so totally worth it. ;)

mail4rosey said...

I'd like to visit Knott's Berry Farm. I've never been!

mail4rosey said...

Even the teens like the games there, so it's win-win for our whole family. ;) Thanks for the visit. :)

I love this, happy for sure!

My boys used to love Chuck E Cheese. We had a least two of their b-day parties there! :)

LOL loved that last caption it made me larf :-)

Have a chucketastic week :-)

mail4rosey said...

Hi Jen! They do have fun. :)

mail4rosey said...

I think that one's a two-way tie. ;)

mail4rosey said...

We did the wind tunnel and skipped the party. ;) We have attended parties there though, and they are very cool.

mail4rosey said...

That first game is the one hubby and the youngest really like. ;) Chucketastic week to you too!

Katherines Corner said...

so much fun! We took our youngest grandson there for his birthday xo

mail4rosey said...

The kids love it, no doubt about it. They do it up nice too, with the birthday crown, coins, and ticket booth. :)

My boys LOVE Chuck E Cheese. We're due for another visit one of these days because we haven't been there in a while.

So cute - no matter how old - everyone loves it there.

We go to CC there ALOT! My kids love it and I can hang out to chat for a bit while they all run off and play.

Such great pictures! I have such good memories of us taking the boys to Chuck E Cheese. Such a fun place!

We love playing FROGGER (saw it in the background!)

mail4rosey said...

I remember your boys love it there. :)

mail4rosey said...

They do have games for all ages. :)

mail4rosey said...

I do like the check system they have at the door to make sure kids don't get out!

mail4rosey said...

It really does make the kids happy to go. :)

mail4rosey said...

I won some tickets on that Frogger. ;)

Marie Moody said...

Oh yes, I do remember when, and with four kids it cost me a fortune... but you can not put a price on those faces now can we! Too cute. I hope they never grow up! hehehe Thanks for sharing!

You must be a saint - to be at Chuck E Cheese without being in an induced coma! I will pray for you!!!!!!!!! And pray that I may develop 1/10 of your patience!

Elephant's Child said...

I can't tell you what an alien experience this looks like to me. And it also looks like the sort of place I would cross blocks to avoid.
Such a different culture...

Theresa Mahoney said...

I am glad you guys still find enjoyment going to CEC! We try to avoid it at all costs, but if we get a birthday invite, we grit our teeth and still go :)

Dawn Rae said...

I really don't care for Chuckee Cheeses. But the kids sure love it. So I'd take them. They always had such a great time.

Binky said...

We had one around here, but it left years ago. It was a fun place.

Justin Knight said...

I have been avoiding this place! But after looking at these pics I see my boy and I would love it!

Kristen Campbell said...

Chuck E Cheese - classic! Looks like a fun time was had by all!

Fun times! :)

If we had a local Chuckie Cheese, I am sure my son would love to go often!

mail4rosey said...

We don't eat there... we spend $10 on coins, let the kids, well just the little one now since the others are too big, go through the slides...and we all leave happy. ;)

mail4rosey said...

It's not busy. I've been to some that are swamped, and those really aren't always fun.

mail4rosey said...

It's a kiddo's dream in there. ;)

mail4rosey said...

lol, there are lots of parents who share your sentiment. ;) I think the difference for us is ours isn't busy/overcrowded.

mail4rosey said...

Kids def. do love it. :)

mail4rosey said...

We had one by our house in Florida, but a hurricane took it out and they never reopened. The one here is quite a drive, so we don't go to often...and then only if we're going to be in the area anyway.

mail4rosey said...

I do believe your boy would love it (and you might too). :)

mail4rosey said...

Hard to have a bad time at Chuck E. Cheese. :)

mail4rosey said...

Agreed. :)

mail4rosey said...

Yep, they've got games for the older kids too, it's fun. :)

My husband was just talking about how we need to go to an arcade sometime. I was thinking Dave and Busters, but we could go here.

Chrystal Mahan said...

I haven't been to a Chuck E Cheese since I was a kid. We had Showbiz Pizza for the longest time. It closed and Chuck opened, this was back in OK. I see Chuck all the time up here in MI.

mail4rosey said...

I haven't heard of Dave and Buster's, totally have to check it out if we make it over your way. :)

Anonymous said...

They closed down the Chuck E. Cheese here two days after I took my daughter for the first time ever and she fell in love with it. Such a bummer! These look like so much fun, of course! ;)

Katrina said...

My kids are obsessed with Chuck E Cheese, we end up there all the time during the winter.

Mel@Mellywood's Mansion said...

I wish we had a chucke cheese looks fun!

My kids yell out every time we drive by this place to go in and play! They love it!
