The latest Ornaments with Love creation we had made was for my youngest child's school secretary. When you talk about a person who goes above and beyond (with a smile) but doesn't get a lot of recognition, she's the one who comes to mind for me. I could name quite a few things she's done in the last two school years for me or my son that I appreciate, and I am sure there are countless other things she does that I (and other parents) never see, but would be grateful for if we did. So this year instead of the typical / generic sugary treat we give her during the holiday season, we decided to spoil her a bit with one of these fantastic ornaments (that of course has her name on it).
This is the ornament as listed on the site.
You can personalize it any way you see fit.
In person the colors are even more vivid and sharp
(so apparently, are the shadows on my wall). ;)
It also comes with a festive red string for hanging
& a decorated cellophane bag for easy gift wrapping.
Ordering it was easy, I simply selected the ornament I wanted from the site, and then filled in the boxes on the order form, for what I wanted the ornament to have written on it. The tough part was deciding which one to get, there are so many that I liked!
I'm thinking of getting this one for my grandbaby.
I'd change the year & name, and it would say '2nd Christmas.'
I'll definitely have one made up for my granddaughter before Christmas rolls around. I'm loving the one above because at age 1 1/2, it easily portrays where she is at in life right now (and that would be curious, inventive, funny, and cute!).
We would change the year and names
and have our address put in there instead of 'our new home.'
We may have one made for the family tree too. Hubby and I are both really liking the one above (house ornament).
This one makes me laugh.
They have ornaments for hobbies, professions, sports, pets, military, etc. You name it, they've likely got it. They've got funny ones too, and I was thinking I might get the overloaded elf ornament shown in the photo above. That one makes me laugh, and it's got room for everyone's name in the house.
As you can well imagine, the busy season for Ornaments with Love is Nov-Dec., so to avoid that time, we're giving away an ornament now (just a wee bit early, but that's okay, this prize is totally worth it!). One lucky winner gets a code for any ornament of choice. US entrants only.
