Zim's Pain Relief Spray (Review and Giveaway)

Disclosure: We received a sample product to help facilitate the review.  All opinions stated are genuine and my own.

My husband is a mailman, and that means he carries a lot of things all day long. Sometimes the packages are heavy, and every once in awhile he gets a pulled muscle. We've had the Zim's Max-Freeze in the house for a couple of weeks, and when hubby said his middle back hurt a bit, I told him to get the freeze.

I sprayed it on him, and it was cold (which made me laugh). It's okay though, you want cool relief when you've got a pull. It had a great spinning nozzle, which made the application a breeze. I'd much rather spray a pain relief than rub it on (like I have with other products in the past).  That being said, there is also a gel and a roll-on available, if you prefer to use either of those.

This product says there is a vanishing scent. We found you could smell it lightly and then the smell did disappear entirely. Later in the day though, hubby said he could smell it again. Nothing major, and certainly not bothersome, just noting it for the review.

Zim's Max-Freeze is formulated with naturally-based ingredients including organic Ilex, Aloe, Arnica, Vitamin E, and Tea Tree Oil.  It's not at all greasy and contains no harmful ingredients such as parabens, sulfates, or synthetic fragrance.

The product is recommended for ages 12 and up, and is intended to help relieve pain from sore muscles & muscle sprains; back, shoulder, and neck pain; and/or painful ankle, knee, hip, and elbow joints. Hubby said it worked just fine on the muscle pull in his back.

We like to keep something like this in the house, for 'just-in-case' moments. It's one of those products you don't really think about needing, but are oh so happy to have around when you need it.

    and brought home something similar called bio-freeze...
    it was good stuff...def relief...but cold as heck...ha

  21. I could definitely use this for my ankle and my shoulder both of which hurt mightily on occasion. I might even get an extra one for my Mom who is forever pulling muscles.

  24. I've often wondered if this stuff works, I could use something like this. It would be nice if I could just spray something on instead of ingesting a pill. Thank you for sharing, I'll have to look into this further and pick some up.

  64. i have never seen this before . I'm dying to try this , as i have spinal pain epidurals done every other month so id love to find something to give some relief !!! i learned that its gluten free , but I'm not sure y it matters if were not eating it !!! lol :)

  75. I visited Zim's site and I love that these products come in convenient roll-on's and sprays. I especially am interested in the Max-Freeze Continuous Spray product for my sore shoulder.
