Wordless Wednesday

My in-laws had a friend of theirs carve a good number of pictures on one of their trees.
I couldn't resist snapping a picture of one when we went to visit on Easter Sunday.

That looks like Crazy Horse. We thought about doing that to one of our tree stumps. In the end we decided to get the stump removed.

Wow! How talented- we have a large historic tree in our city park that fell a few years ago. A local artist did something similar , carving woodland creature into it. I love that it can still be park of our city

That's really cool! It reminds me of St. Simon's Island, where there are a number of carved trees like this.
