~Real Kids Shades: Fun Sun Essentials~
The kiddos aren't thinking about eye protection when they're outside playing, but I am, & all Real Kids Shades are FDA approved to provide 100% UVA and UVB protection. This year the company has a new look and a newly expanded product line.
My favorite thing about the glasses is that they come in sizes. We have a pair of these in the car from last year, but they're getting too small for my son, who is busy growing like a weed. Real Kids Shades comes in five different sizes for kids (baby through tween), and many different styles including soft wrap-around for baby, and unbreakable Flex-Fit for busy toddlers.

Rocking his shades at the local library. I told him they're meant for outside wear, he said he knew, but they made him look cool. ;) Blaze Real Kids Shades |
Here is my son rocking his new Blaze Real Kids Shades at the library. I told him they were for outside, but he said he knew that, he just likes to wear them. ;) I like this pair of glasses because they are the proper fit for him, they've got a nice sturdy construction designed to stand up to outdoor play, and they wrap nicely for comprehensive eye protection. Like I noted, we have a pair (different style, same company) from last year, and they held up all summer long, surviving a lot of play time. I highly recommend the company, and the sunglasses.
Real Kids Shades really does have a lot of cute styles!! Take a look around the site. You're sure to find a pair or two (one for the house, one for the car?) that you love.

ReplyDeletetute-bot = christine
This is great to know about! Not much out there for the littlest ones.
ReplyDeleteMy daughter has a couple of pairs of shades, but she really hates them. It's good to know that they have wrap-around, because my daughter tries to take them off all the time.
ReplyDeleteThose are super cute. I always try to keep my daughter with sunglasses on.
ReplyDeleteMy son is in need of a pair of sunglasses. Before I was afraid he would break them, but I think I'm going to look at this site. He is ready.
ReplyDeleteThe dentist my daughter goes to has a pair he calls each person cool dudes lol I wish I had a dentist like that growing up. My daughter has sensory issues to light sound and touch so I will look into these I wasn't thinking of indoors but makes sense.

With the spring and summer meaning more sunshine, these shades are really need for young kids. Plus they look very cool.

ReplyDeleteWhat a cutie in his shades. My toddler loves his and we can't leave the house without his pairs! LOL
ReplyDeletei like that they are all different types and colors!
ReplyDeleteI love the fact that they have 100% protection but for me, it is the adjustable and removable strap that is great-so many times my daughter and son when younger would lose those sunglasses or they'd end up on the ground scratched up from constantly falling off their heads. This ensures that they will stay on when needed.
ReplyDeleteThese are cute. My son would love the Blaze Polarized, he seem to like the ones that look like that.
ReplyDeleteI like that they Protect their eyes with 100% UVA/UVB blocking
ReplyDeleteProtection is probably the most important factor on the list of things that I like and truly believe that it is important. But, I am also concerned with shipping and the cost factor. The cost factor of the product is status quo and the shipping is good if you order over a certain price. Which all equal up to positivity for me.

ReplyDeleteLike that they are float-able, since they would definitely be worn around the pool.
I learned that My First Shades were designed with the help of a pediatric ophthalmologist .
