(Almost) Wordless Wednesday

Looks like a great day to break out the sleds (later today if/when the snow stops). We've got an awesome hill (for sledding, not for mowing) in our yard. The storm that hit last night was a doozie. I'm ready for the lamb part of the old saying, "March comes in like a lion, and goes out like a lamb." I know a lot of you are ready too.

  2. We are supposed to have snow and high winds tonight I to tomorrow. Yet yesterday was just about 70 degrees and today is supposed to be In the 50s, too. So like you so done and ready for spring to stick around.

  3. I still recall the one (and only!) time the Great Scot went sledding......he ended up with a rather large tree in a very sensitive area.
Can't say I blame him for never going again!
    Stay safe and warm. =)

  5. I guess you don't want to see my Wordless Wednesday, after your post; but, you can laugh at me in the summer when we have a month straight of triple digits.

  14. Oh no! You have been hit hard this year. We were supposed to get fat flakes of snow (which is the prettiest), but all we got was a thin rain/snow mix. It wasn't even that slippery. I thought it would be.

  23. I have this toboggan in the basement that has not been used since the year 1996. :( That's when my kids grew up and moved out on their own. So sad it's collecting dust. The grandkids are almost old enough though so we'll see. And shhhhhhhhhh I think that lion is still around!!!
