National Hot Tea Month!

Disclosure:  A sampling of tea was provided to me at no charge to help facilitate the review. No other form of compensation took place. All opinions stated are genuine, and my own.

January is National Hot Tea Month!  Whether it's through traditional hot tea, liquid concentrate, performance mix sticks, or single-serve cups (my personal favorite), there are more ways than ever to get your hot tea fix.

Salada ACTIVE BLEND Green Tea in the single-serve cup size has turned out to be one of my favorite cups of tea.  Available in Energy Boost and Fiber Boost blends, the teas can also provide you with that extra boost of energy you may be looking for after the holiday hustle and bustle, or the extra nudge of fiber you may be hoping to add to your diet.

Red Rose teas also come in many styles and flavors, including the single-cup brewer size.  The Simply Indulgent Creme Caramel and Simply Indulgent Cinnamon Bun flavors are a nice sweet treat to have as an after dinner treat, or any time you want a little decadence without a lot of calories.

Tea has become so popular as a drink of choice that it now holds the number two spot in popularity, just behind water.  We are big tea fans in our house, and with the great flavors offered by Salada and Red Rose, it's easy to keep expanding the flavors and styles that we try.

You can take a look at the Salada and Red Rose websites to see the wonderful health benefits, flavor choices, styles, and history involved with all things related to tea.

You can learn more about Salada by visiting their website here: http://www.greentea.com/index.aspx

One lucky winner will get an assortment of single serve cups (for a single serve brewer) to call their own. US entrants only.
