  32. I'd love to try their Danish Kringles (especially apple, but raspberry would be good, too). My nephew used to gift us with one every Christmas when his step-son was selling them as a fundraiser for his school (the boy has moved on to high school and they don't sell them there). The item is a very "Wisconsin" thing, which is where my sister and her family live. I miss my yearly Kringle!

The Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker Program is a 3-year course, and apprentices must have at least 10 years of experience before applying. As the only program of its kind outside of Europe, it ensures that the old-world standards of quality and craftsmanship continue to produce the finest cheeses in Wisconsin.

    I learned that they have been in business since 1947 and they have a bunch of wonderful cheeses to pick from.
