Things Remembered has been around for awhile. They make beautiful, high quality items that you can order online (they have some great online exclusives), and you may have come across one of their stores in your local mall. They offer engraving for everything they sell as well. I know we have purchased several of their items, including one recently for a wedding we attended, and these gifts are always well received.
Things Remembered also partners with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and has done so since 1997 when a little girl named Elysia wanted a personalized gift made so that she could be remembered. Since then, they have raised more than $6.4 million to help grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions.
Every item you purchase from the Make-A-Wish gift selections sends $2 more to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, with a minimum donation of $150,000 guaranteed. Your commitment to family and memories help Things Remembered grant the wishes of those who have faced a lot of hurt and tears. It is a wonderful organization to be a part of, and kudos to Things Remembered for taking such a big step up to the plate, and staying there.
Take a look around the Things Remembered website. The Make-A-Wish tab is at the top, and you can browse through the items that are being offered this season to help support donations. There is also an option to make a $1, $5, or $10 donation to the Make-A-Wish foundation, if you would like to participate without purchasing an item.
Many thanks to Things Remembered for offering two giveaway items to you, as thanks for taking the time out to learn more about them, and about their partnership with Make-A-Wish.
