Krill Oil Review and Giveaway

Disclosure: I received one free bottle to help facilitate the review. No other form of compensation took place. All opinions stated are my own.

KrillOil.com has this great blog! It's chock full of articles and information that relate to all of us in one way or another.  One particular article that has my attention right now is 'Know your Supplements.' We all know that the body is like a well-oiled machine, if you take good care of it, it generally works at its best.  With so much information out there, though, it's hard to know what really works best for you. Everyone's diet, circumstances, and needs are different. I like that the article offers valid tips and ideas for finding the right track to optimum health. I like too, that they encourage you to seek the advice of your physician.

Krill Oil has become quite the buzz word lately, and I knew my husband was going to give it a try. I was not wrong. He likes it and says it will be his replacement for the Fish Oil capsules he has been taking daily (for years). The benefits listed (for Krill Oil) are numerous, and everyone seems to be lauding it, including the ever-famous Dr. Oz:

For those who love fish oil, Krill Oil is said to blow it away in terms of antioxidant power. There are many other benefits being listed as well, such as increased memory, help with cholesterol, and reducing the uncomfortable effects of PMS, to name but a few.

If you're interested in learning more about Krill Oil.com you can visit their site here: http://krilloil.com/ You can also take a look at their blog, and follow them on Facebook, and/or Twitter.
