We go there at least once a year, and sometimes more. From the moment you pull up, you know you are in for something special. Everywhere you look there are life-sized decorations adorning the exterior and parking lot areas of the building.

And when you walk through the doors you will ohh and ahh, in amazement. All along the walls, hanging from the ceilings, and in every nook and cranny is something festive. There are blow-ups for the lawn, Christmas trees, life-sized, sturdy stand-ups, stockings, lights, and so on and so forth.

There are Christmas ornaments for anything you can think of, careers, hobbies, sports, etc. My daughter took this picture a couple of years ago of a geographic display, this one had an 'Africa' theme, and was her favorite.
My husband and I like to get at least one new ornament for our Christmas tree every year, and we always head to Bronner's to look first (and never leave having to look anywhere else).
On one trip I also had the hanging plaque in the photo below personalized in the store. It has two adult snow people to represent me and hubby, and then little snow people to represent the little ones in the family (you can choose as many snowmen as you want). It's not the first thing we've had personalized there, but it is one of my favorites. They hand paint your item of choice right on the spot, and it doesn't take long at all (though during the peak of the holiday season you may have to wait in line).
Also shown in the picture below, my husband selected the buffalo, canoe, duck, and Buck in a bright orange hunting suit (the deer is hilarious to me! What better way to avoid hunting season than via the bright orange 'do not shoot' colors?); my daughter, who is quite the singer, selected the microphone ornament, and I selected the sign (discussed above) and the personalized snowman ornament (we put our littlest one's name on it, since everyone else already had their name on an item that goes on our tree).
There is also an area sectioned off during certain times of the year, where free visits to Santa occur. You don't want to miss that if you have a little one with you because it just adds to the holiday magic.
In addition to the wide variety of items offered at Bronner's, they also offer a specialized ornament made annually that has the year on it. This year they have an adorable white ornament with a little glitter on it (not messy glitter!), and the year '2012' with a snowman peeking out of the '0'. These are really a great way to document the year on your Christmas tree. Even better, they have agreed to give a single lucky winner, not one, but TWO of these great ornaments to put on your tree (or use one and share the other!). Thank you Bronner's!
|Winner will have a pair of these great ornaments sent directly from Bronner's!|
You can visit their store in person, or order any of their items online (with super fast and careful delivery!).
