O.O.T.W. The new MUST HAVE collectible doll!!

Have you seen the new Out Of This World (O.O.T.W.) dolls?  They are made by Blip Toys (yes, the same Blip Toys who created Squinkies,  an absolute favorite of my son's in the realm of toys), so you know right from the get-go that they are made well.  When we received our doll for review (Gigi), everyone in the house was excited.  The first thing we noticed about Gigi is that she is gorgeous!  She is made with bright, happy colors; is small enough for little hands to carry around (yet big enough to not get lost easily); and has a very easy to find and push button on the front that emits a contagious and very unique giggle.  When Gigi giggles, her whole body shakes her up and down like shes' really laughing, a feature the kids in my house LOVED!  She is also made of an easy to wipe, or clean up, hard plastic (thank you O.O.T.W., I love that feature!), and is very affordable, retailing at just under ten dollars.  She requires 2AAA batteries, which are included, and she would make a great doll for any little girl!  I am the type of person who is always thinking ahead for birthdays, holidays...yes even as far ahead as Christmas (*gasp*), and I think these would be the PERFECT little something to gift.  Gift giving aside though, these would be a neat treat for any little girl, any time of the year.

The O.O.T.W. Girls are “Out of This World” trendy and cute.  Each girl has a dazzling personality as unique as the stars in the galaxy.  They have a passion for interstellar adventure and their vibrant imaginations take them everywhere under the sun.  The Girlaxy, a futuristic place filled with bright lights and fun, funky colors, is their playground.  An imaginative world where technology and astrology come together to make anything you dream of possible.

O.O.T.W. represents a new world of imaginative fun that merges the collectibility of the vinyl-mation doll craze with the irresistible design and collectibility of small dolls. The O.O.T.W. line leverages low-tech electronic functions to deliver high-tech payoffs – thoughtfully designed to reflect each doll’s unique personality and resonate with today’s kids.  The ever-expanding line of collectible dolls and accessories is poised to be the must-have new collectible in small dolls!

If you're looking for more information on the dolls, you can visit them on their website, follow them on Twitter,  or check them out on Facebook.

I was provided with one O.O.T.W. doll for review purposes only.  The opinions of the product are entirely my own

  8. It always amazes me that there is a new, trendy doll that is created. Remember the Cabbage Patch Kids?

  9. I do remember the Cabbage Patch Craze. My daughter went through the Webkinz craze a few years ago. Oh...and we had a semi-Beanie Baby craze going on too, for awhile. ;o)
